COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A bold, American-style IPA featuring Falconer’s Flight hops. The recipe is very simple and involves cramming hops into the beer at every opportunity. This beer was featured as the first of our 2013 Brown Bag series, and has been oft-requested since.

Draft at Moriartys. Slightly hazy orange amber pour with a generous foamy white head. Unexpectedly dry earthy floral hops beer. Tangerine peels. No 2 pencils. Grapefruit marmalade. Paper. Peppercorns. Passionfruit. Wildflower honey. Driftwood. Varnish. Orange peppers. Feels unusual. Like it quite a bit!

ThreeCats (605) - ISRAEL - OCT 24, 2014
Hazy golden with a fluffy white head. Aroma of orange marmalade, grapefruit, and some floral notes. Taste balanced and not too bitter (if this is really 70 IBUs than it hides it well) citrus and bitter notes, very drinkable. Bitter orange zest in dry palate. Very nice balanced beer,

AirForceHops (3513) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - OCT 18, 2014
Bottle from Farmhouse sampler. Amber / copper color with strong head retention. Aroma is mild grapefruit, peach and caramel malts.

This brew is balanced pretty well. Caramel malt and hints of yeast help provide balance for the grapefruit and piny hops. The first IPA in this sample pack with a decent medium body. The bitterness gives a drying texture with a lingering pine over the tongue. Nice drink.

Ed5388 (2235) - Forked River, New Jersey, USA - SEP 18, 2014
12oz bottle via Farmhouse 12 pack from Crossroads. Pours a hazy golden orange color with a finger of foamy white head. Aroma of of sweet nectarine, grapefruit, and grass. Taste mimics the nose with more bitter citrus skins and grassiness then in the aroma. Also getting hints of metallic in the aftertaste.
