Commercial Description:
Here is our "Wheat Beer with Yeast." Beers brewed with a high proportion of wheat yield a crisp and refreshing flavor profile, while the addition of our special yeast adds a blend of complex citrus and spice flavors...forget the lemon wedge, this Hef' has plenty of flavor!

smells really weak and no estery aromas or clove smells....tastes kinda dry and gross finishes stale and gross and it was dated less than a month ago...don’t know if that was the experation date or production date....hopefully experation date....still it could use a lemon wedge though I should never think that for a german style hef...sorry brewandbbq...I thank you for this as an extra...but....it just did not hit the spot though many other beers you sent were great!

Everything about this beer is pretty good. It’s not going to blow you away but it’s a nice refreshing hefe. This was the first hefe that I really got a bubblegum taste out of. Not to menction the citrussy orange , wheat and bready yeast. I like this beer on a nice summer day. Easy to drink and very refreshing, My 100th beer.

Poured from bottle. Light golden, cloudy, , coarse white head. Malty aroma with a bit of gas. It’s got wheat and yeast alright, but needs more. Citrus notes in aftertaste. Finished well. Not bad.

Your standard hefeweizen. If that’s a good thing for you then you’ll like this beer I guess. It had a nice fruitiness that I couldn’t put my finger on, perhaps like lemon, not really citrussy orange or lime, but some lemon. Very spritey and bouncy palate, with a thin body that make it easy to drink. I’d like to mow my lawn to one of these. Nice and refreshing, but obviously not the most class beer you could hope to find. Hey, I still liked it.

bottle. pours slightly hazy light gold. lasting head. dominant flavor is the banana and bubblegum yeast. dry finish. high carbonation level. decent for the style. not as cloudy or complex as some, but good.

Bottle. Pours a hazy dark yellow, with a fluffy white head. Aroma is banana, bit of spicy yeast. Taste is wheat at thfront, not quite as crisp and clean as it could be - spicy yeast and banana showing up at the very beginning as well. Banana isn’t dominant, but does taste a bit artificial. Finish is fairly clean, a bit spicy. Mouthfeel is fairly creamy, medium to a bit heavier than medium bodied, moderate carbonation.
