This IPA is big and brimming with the flavors and aromas of the new breed of hops coming out of Australia and the Pacific Northwest.

At Boathouse near Camp Timber Tops. Pours cloudy, dark gold/amber. Not much of a nose at all. Some grapefruit, followed by bitterness that lingers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 355 ml
Aroma:resinous, slight raw notes, high pitch, touch of smooth alcohol, mild peppery feel a la rye. Nice smooth, rounded character. Sweet caramel at end
Look: poured with medium sized, bright white top. Bottom was clear, pale amber.
Body and Palate: medium fuller body, average carbonation, longer finish.
Taste: smooth, straight bitterness with solid malt support. Reminds me of early Dog Fish brews. Slight heat at finish with vinous notes.

Bottle. Pleasant fruity aroma. Sweet resin taste with honey and raisin and a barely bitter finish. Boozy in the finish as well.

Draft @ the Mews Tavern in Wakefield, RI. Medium hops, tangy sweet but not cloying. Solid but unremarkable.

My Bottom Line:
Tropical fruit and lightly toasted sugars are met by resinous greenness in this pleasant IPA.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A healthy head of foam sits atop the translucent amber.
-Carbonation is ample and soft enough to emulate bottle conditioning.
-Mouthfeel is relatively lean, which increases drinkability.
-Hop fruitiness is akin to peach and mango syrup.
-The resinous bitterness builds with every sip, creating plenty of coniferous allusions.

12 oz bottle @ home, a present from the wonderful Aaltje from De Bierkoning, thanks! Bottled 12/31/2015. Hazy orange/amber color. Off white head, stiff as whipped cream. Aroma’s of tropical fruit, passion fruit, some malty sweetness. Also some resin retronasal. Flavor is moderate to full bitter and moderate sweet. Medium bodied. Finish is long lasting bitter, but not too harsh. Next time I should try a fresh bottle.

Medium gold. Strong fruit nose...mango/peach is most prominent, with hop nose underneath. Strong peach/mango, mixing with bittering hops. Black pepper appears towards the end, before trailing off with the fruit/hops mix. Creamy mouthfeel, works well with the peach. Very nice complexity!

Draught at the brewer, 5/21/16.
Light amber-to-brass body shows a good clarity and an off-white head atop with moderate retention.
Peach, melon, ruby red grapefruit and mango in the nose seems to rather deftly combine aspects of both West Coast and New England styles. Lengthy finish replete with dry lemon and light honey from the malt. Clean. No alcohol.
Soft, malty-sweet texture nonetheless shows good attenuation and no flaw or alcohol. Modest bitterness never really intensifies or gets too piney, as melon, meyer lemon and light pineapple all keep things very bright, the honey-like malt notes helping to see to this as well. Very drinkable, with soft, engaging, low carbonation. Would definitely drink this again.

Long Trail Limbo IPA is well-balanced but with some odd flavors. Amber pour with a nice head. Aroma is a bit funky, like overripe fruit notes. The initial taste is overripe fruit notes again with some pine on the backend. Limbo is well executed but the overripe fruit notes is just short of pleasant -- not real bad --- but just kind of odd.
