Thought this was a DIPA and poured it into a tulip, woops, next time in a pint glass. The appearance was a nice looking hazy amber to orange color with a slim white foamy head that dissipated within less than twenty seconds. Barely any lacing stuck or even showed. The smell had bittersweet citrus hops with a light honey in the background. The taste was bittersweet through citrus elements of sticky fresh hops. It has a nice lingering sweet sticky aftertaste and fresh sweet finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was somewhat subdued and carried a decent harshness to the feel. Overall, I say this was a pretty good AIPA that I would have again.

Nice big IPA but it had a bit too much citrus in the nose and follow through. Much prefer their normal offerings.

Mild hop aroma. Taste is a nice complex mix of hops, and malt with some spice.

Good golden color and a nice hoppy balance without being overwhelming. Flavor has maltiness/biscuit too.

12oz bottle, thanks to Vince. Date on bottle reads 2/13/15. Hazy orange color. Good thin off-white head, leaves good thicker lace. Citrus and tropical hop up front, some biscuity malt. Nice balance to this. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of crisp lighter carbonation. Light slick texture. Moderate to bigger bitter taste, light to moderate sweet. Tasty, satisfying balanced bigger IPA. Great to enjoy with my tacos. Satisfying.

Aromas of citrus, pine, juicy hop tones, caramel, faint rye. Clear light red with a decently lasting beige head. Dry, malty, fruity, kind of spicy. Medium bodied.

Bottle pour. Fresh grass and hops on the nose. Heavy bitterness but good finish. Nice ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a pretty clear strong golden with medium foamy head that stays for a moderate duration and leave good lacing. Nose is of melon, generally fruity hops and light alcohol. Taste is more melon and bitterness is medium-high. Light fruit juice impression and some caramel. Some perfume. Body is medium, carbonation too. Mouthfeel is a little sticky. Overall a good IPA by Long Trail, not quite how I like mine usually but still well-made and enjoyable. Just a touch too alcoholic, maybe?
