3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle to shaker glass. Pours an amber color with a minimal white head. Hop nose, with an almost apple smell of fruit and floral. A little watery on the mouthfeel but good balance and crisp.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nice copper pour with a frothy white head. Nice bit of citrus hops in the nose with a little pine leaning. Nice mix of malt and hops on the tongue. A little fruity sweetness up front quickly hammered out by citrus nose finishing with a little biscuit. Overall pretty solid.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Clear golden amber color, moderate white head. Clash of peach and mango with Simcoe grapefruit and herbal aromas. Smidgen of sweetness with citrus rind bitterness, and a rice-like element in the background. Smooth, good carb, and medium-bodied. Dry, bitter finish with a bit of booziness.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Beautiful copper pour w/ a big white head that leaves excellent lacing! The aroma is fairly subtle - not sure if this is intended by the "new hops." The taste is clean & rather smooth for an ipa but lacks depth & character. Overall mixed results for this pretty beer w/ a good mouthfeel that’s lacking in the flavor department!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
6/19/14. $3.19 bottle from CBO. Yet another run of the mill ipa. Nose is lightly malty as is the taste. Nothing spectacular.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clear dark golden color with healthy white head which lingers. Aroma is hint of grapefruit, citrus, bread. Taste is citrus, fruity, heavier mouthfeel than most IPAs, touch of biscuit, ending in a nice, slight bitterness. Quite a nice experience.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: AUG 15, 2014 Bottled June 18, 2014.
Appearance: Crystal clear orange/amber body with a rocky off-white head that has great retention.
Aroma: Slightly biscuit and dough with pine, cotton candy, sweet orange candy, peach and cantaloupe. A bit mellow and flat, not very vibrant.
Taste: Definitely not your typical IPA. Malty with a lot of mellow and subtle flavors. Sort of toast and dried biscuit malt base with a mix of fruity and cotton candy hop flavors. Hints of grapefruit, pine, peach, cantaloupe and cotton candy (notably on the finish) are very interesting. Soft finish.
Palate: Soft in every way.
Overall: Definitely a unique IPA in many ways. It’s very soft in flavor, aroma and mouthfeel. Like every jagged edge has been eroded over time. The flavors I’m getting are odd and exciting. This is like an IPA I’ve never had. I could drink 3-4 of these without realizing it.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pour is a hazed dark copper color with a fairly tight white head. Nose is biscuity malt and stale grain with a hint of resin hop. Taste follow suit on sweeter, stale bread and grain, sweet caramel, faint hop. This is a very subdued IPA with lots of grainy malt that aren’t very expressive or well pulled together.
