This beer is aptly named as the sun isn’t shining through this muddled ale. Wheat with over ripe lemon and short finish.

Samples on draft this beer poured a hazy yellow color with a large foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was strong coriander and a bit of yeast. The flavor was yeast, cracker, strong coriander, perfume and must. Long finish. Medium body. Ok.

Stamped green on the neck: 03/05/2015, born on date. This was poured into a nonic pint glass. The appearance was a soft hazy golden yellow color with a one finger white foamy to bubbly head that quickly dissipated leaving barely any lacing. The smell started off with an ample amount of yeasty/breadiness that retreated a bit as it warmed and allowed a nice citrus sweet to slightly bitter citrus rind. The taste was semi-sweet through the yeasty/breadiness and combines a bit more with the citrus sweet part and the citrus rind part. Bitterness makes a good effort to balance but stays slightly under to roll into a slightly gentle sweet citrus aftertaste. There’s no finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation feels right for a witbier - shows some harshness but nothing overly done. Overall, its a pretty good witbier that I could have again, and wouldn’t mind having with food.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a cup. Hazy light orange with medium off-white head. Aroma is nice coriander, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is malty and coriander.

The aroma and the taste are grainy. Dusty smell. Clear light amber appearance, white head. Slightly yeasty peppery finish. Odd, weak beer. Not terrible, but not great.

12 oz bottle from variety pack. Purchased cold at beer store. Poured into pint glass. Light golden in color. Beer is cloudy. Head is white and frosty and gone very quickly. No lacing. Spicy aromas of citrus and coriander. Taste os lightly sweet with a crisp finish. A taste refreshing light beer. Very enjoyable especially after a long hot work day. I give it a thumbs up.

12oz bottle from Pace High Carryout. Gold pour with thin white head. Aroma of grain, spice, lemon. Tastes are sweet wheat, lemon, coriander, yeasty. Fizzy palate. Ok.

Pours out a decent golden color with a small white head. Aroma is of fake butter popcorn, coriander some light citrus zest, pepper. Taste is pepper, coriander, citrus zest, yeast. Eh.

Pours a glowing yellow. Amazing sometimes to think that a pale lager is nearly this color, but not nearly as attractive somehow. Aroma is nothing to speak of except a general ever-so-slightly funky yeastiness. Flavor is bright and crisp, lemon. Some wheaty bitterness on the back end. Good beer.

This would have had a higher rating if it didn't dissipate from the palate so quickly. It does so very quickly; almost as if you didn't take a swig. I really like the wheat flavor in this though. I would get a pint if I saw it on tap. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Fado. Poured a very cloudy yellow gold with some soapy off-white foam that mostly disappeared. Feels like a half and half mix of a White Beer (not witbier) and orange juice. Full-bodied but not substantial. Refreshing summer beer.
