This beer is aptly named as the sun isn’t shining through this muddled ale. Wheat with over ripe lemon and short finish.

Pronounced coriander nose. Cloudy yellow, thick head. Coriander flavor, fairly strong, but little nuance. Light body, refreshing. Fairly simple.

Location: Draft at Biggie’s, 10/2/14

Aroma: The nose has the expected spice, coriander, some wheat, and a bit of lemon/citrus
Appearance: It pours a cloudy looking golden-yellow color with a white head
Flavor: The flavor is much the same, spice and wheat, some sweetness, light citrus
Palate: The body is medium, leaning light, it has a decent, not great mouthfeel
Overall Impression: Thought this one was just okay. It isn’t a bad beer, just an average, fairly forgettable Belgian White. I don’t have much more to say here...

sonnycheeba (3586) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - SEP 8, 2014
Tap. Pours hazy straw yellow with creamy white head. Aroma is cereal malts, wheat, floral notes, faint banana, faint cloves, and faint grassiness. Flavor is bland malts, wet paper, and clove flavors that completely dry out the finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

kramer (5034) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 4, 2014
Bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy yellow body with a small fizzy white head that quickly faded to a thin film. The nose is heavily spiced with coriander and orange peel, some light yeastiness and wheat malt. The flavor is way too overly spiced for my tastes, there’s a limit to coriander, and this is way past it. It tastes more soapy than anything, mostly obscuring the wheat and light yeastiness that is in here. Light bodied and a little flat on the palate with soft minimal carbonation. Not my kind of Wit.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured light yellow, hazy, big and foamy head, lots of lacing. Aroma of coriander, citrus fruit and some grain. Taste is lemon, yeast and spices but is faint. Drinkable and refreshing but not my favorite Wit...

Draft. Hazy golden pour with white head. Aromas and flavors are a blue moon knock off. Not horrendous, but only drinking since other options are bmc.

12 oz bottle from Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh. Tart and dry with a hazy finish. If you like beers of this type you’ll probably enjoy this one.

Bottle, bbotmc. Cloudy blond with white head. Lots of coriander and bubblegum in the nose. Sweet bubblegum and banana jelly candy in the mouth with long malty finish. Very carbonated and medium-bodied. Not too great.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run, opened 5/30/14. Pours a hazy yellow color with a thin creamy white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of citrus, wheat, spicy finish, mild yeast. The taste is tart citrus, fresh citrus, wheat, spicy finish. Medium bodied, high carbonation, lingering spice. Decent.

ThreeCats (579) - ISRAEL - AUG 15, 2014
Clear straw color with a frothy head. Aroma heavily vegetative, with a strong note of coriander. Taste very wheaty, coriander, no bitterness, metallic note becoming more pronounced in palate. Not really worth drinking.
