This beer is aptly named as the sun isn’t shining through this muddled ale. Wheat with over ripe lemon and short finish.

Not the best of the style, but fairly decent offering. Pours hazy golden with no head or lacing. Aroma of ripe fruit, primarily banana. Flavor is also fruity, and really enjoyable. Unfortunately it’s a bit over-carbonated, yielding a somewhat rough finish.

Drank from a nonic glass, purchased at ShopRite Liquors in Dover, NJ. Has a sweet aroma, slight notes of oranges. Pours a hazy orange with plenty of fluffy head. Has a nice, crisp, refreshing taste. A well done wit!!

Bottle: Hazy light pale color with virtually no head and a minimal amount of carbonation. The nose is yeast, citrus and banana. The taste the same with a little orange and spiciness. It is light body with a slightly sweet matiness. A very fine Wit.

Samples on draft this beer poured a hazy yellow color with a large foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was strong coriander and a bit of yeast. The flavor was yeast, cracker, strong coriander, perfume and must. Long finish. Medium body. Ok.

Stamped green on the neck: 03/05/2015, born on date. This was poured into a nonic pint glass. The appearance was a soft hazy golden yellow color with a one finger white foamy to bubbly head that quickly dissipated leaving barely any lacing. The smell started off with an ample amount of yeasty/breadiness that retreated a bit as it warmed and allowed a nice citrus sweet to slightly bitter citrus rind. The taste was semi-sweet through the yeasty/breadiness and combines a bit more with the citrus sweet part and the citrus rind part. Bitterness makes a good effort to balance but stays slightly under to roll into a slightly gentle sweet citrus aftertaste. There’s no finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation feels right for a witbier - shows some harshness but nothing overly done. Overall, its a pretty good witbier that I could have again, and wouldn’t mind having with food.

The aroma and the taste are grainy. Dusty smell. Clear light amber appearance, white head. Slightly yeasty peppery finish. Odd, weak beer. Not terrible, but not great.

12 oz bottle from variety pack. Purchased cold at beer store. Poured into pint glass. Light golden in color. Beer is cloudy. Head is white and frosty and gone very quickly. No lacing. Spicy aromas of citrus and coriander. Taste os lightly sweet with a crisp finish. A taste refreshing light beer. Very enjoyable especially after a long hot work day. I give it a thumbs up.
