jjpm74 (2760), Connecticut, USA Jan 24, 2006 Pours red and muddy with a decent off white creamy head. Smells of oranges, anise, roses, yogurt and sharp but mellow hoppy undertones. Taste is more of the same with the finish tending towards the bitter side. egajdzis (2879), Terrapin, Pennsylvania, USA Jan 22, 2006 Long Trail Pub, Killington, VT... Poured a hazy amber color with a medium szed, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet malts, citrus, and some douginess, possibly not quite ready to be tapped, was my initial reaction. Taste of toffee malts, citrus, and light hop bitterness.
