Commercial Description:
Our North Pole Pale Ale is similar to the traditional English Pale Ales in every way. It is dry hopped with East Kent Goldings. Its bitterness is noticeable but not overwhelming. We are serving it with nitrogen dispense.

on tap-pours a foamy off white head and copper color. Aroma is minimal citrus hops. Taste is citrus-sweet and some bitterness. Mild carbonation.

On tap at the brewpub, 12/26/06. LVP&B specializes in English style ales. This is another in the pale ale tradition that is a nice treat for the holiday season. No extraneous spices, etc. to get in the way. Just a nice brew.
