bytemesis (1422) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - JAN 2, 2013

Pours clear light amber with a very small white head and minimal lacing. Aroma is caramel and a touch of peat. Flavor is the same, medium sweet and very malty with bread and toffee notes. No bitterness at all. This was a cask pour and consequently had very low carbonation. Light bodied.
