Bottle said 53% weissbier and 47% pils.
Murky and un-even colour. Aroma has banana esthers and some wheat. Flavour has sweetish banana esthers, wheat and hints of grainy malt. Hints of grassy hops in the finish. The weissbier is much stronger component here, only hints of pils are present. The grassy hops do get stronger towards the end of the glass. Refreshing and good, although I see no point in this mixture.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a fairly slight head. Nose is somewhat floral and citrusy. Taste is somewhat clouded and hazy with similar notes to the nose.

Bottle. Golden, cloudy, average and mostly diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty – wheaty and lightly sweetish aroma, light fruitiness and light banana, light citrus and faint yeast. Body is light to medium, malty – lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, faint fruitiness and faint banana, light grassy hoppyness, faint yeast. Finish is average, malty – lightly wheaty and dryish, faint banana and light grassy hoppyness. Dryish hefeweizen. Interesting but mixing weissbier and pils is bit unorthodox.

Hefig-herber Beginn. Im Mittelteil wässrig werdend, sowohl die hefigen als auch die herben Noten sind noch in geringen Zügen vorhanden. Geringe Würzigkeit, zum Ende etwas metallern werdend. OK. 8/8/10/8/5/8

Pours hazy golden color with small head. Aroma of mild grassy hops, wheat, mild goose berry bush, clove and herbal notes. Flavor of wheat, mild malts, spice notes, herbs and goose berries. Dry and somewhat fruity palate. Decent.

500ml bottle. Hazy orange-golden colour with average frothy white head. Yeasty aroma, some citrus. Fresh citrus taste, a bit watery in the middle part, dry to bitter finish. Not bad.

Cloudy yellow colour with small to average size head.
Banana, caramel, wheat, mild yeast and mild grassiness in aroma.
It’s actually quite nice. There’s almost best of both words. Fruity Hefeweizen and grassy hoppy Pils put together. Lots candy like caramel in flavour. I could easily drink more of these. Very drinkable.

This beer is a mix of the brewers weissbier (53%) and Pr. Pils (47%). It’s unclear, warm golden with a white head. The aroma has strong notes of spicy yeast, and clove is dominating. The flavour is sweet with the same strong note of yeast/clove, but also fruits and pilsner flavour. The finish is spicy. The clove notes are IMO a bit too dominating.
