Butelka 75cl. NOS : mocne aromaty alkoholowe przypominające porto i whisky. Wyraźne nuty czekolady i rodzynek. W tle ciasto karmelowe i drewno. USTA : piwo jest mocno wysycone o średnio gęstej konsystencji i tłustej teksturze. Musiałem go troszeczkę wygazować by nie przeszkadzało podczas przełykania. Piwo jest słodkie ale nie do przesady. Nuty słodowe to ciasto i czekolada. Słodkość podbijają mocne nuty suszonych owoców a przede wszystkim rodzynek. Teraz można by go ocenić jako agresywne. OCENA : smak : 8/10 pijalność : 3/10 styl : +1

2014 vintage. Pours opaque cola-brown with a 1-finger caramel-colored head. Aroma of roasted malt mixed with honey. There is a piney note from the rosemary underneath. Full body, moderately oily. The finish is tartly dry. Sweet flavor of honey with a nutty malt backbone. A touch of raisin mixed in as well. A tart, yeasty note lingers in the finish.
