375ml corked bottle. Sweet agave with notes of dates, tequila and sour lime. Pours dark brown with a thin but retentive tan head and excellent lacing. Starts with sweet date and agave flavors with a lot of carbonation. Finishes dry with a tart line citrus bite with some alcohol burn at the end with some tequila flavor. Good, interesting beer.

Thanks to Brett for sharing! 375 mL. Honestly, this was pretty heinous. Sweet, ungodly hot, prickly pear, aggressive ethanol, shitty port, and tequila. Couldn’t finish.

Fine beer, share thanks to Carl. Dark brown colored. Very fruity aroma with plenty of tequila, dates, oak, and honey (agave). Taste followed…the tequila and agave gave a sweetness, but it was still very lively, fruity, almost tart even. Medium bodied and superbly smooth. Great.

Bouteille 37.5cl, anno 2014.

Bottle. Dark brown colour with a hint of light white head. Aroma is sharp tartness, oak, vinous undertones, very port like. Taste is tequila, oak, with some slighty sour undertones, lots of barrel character, finish is sharp, medium bodied, light carbonation. Very compelling stuff, it’s a touch sharp, but this is for sure an intersting beer.

Pours a clear light brown with a small fully diminishing head. Aroma is vinous, with woody notes, tequila, alcohol and raisins / prunes. Taste is tequila-ish with loads of dried fruity notes, alcohol-warmth and wood. Semi-sweet but pretty complex with some sour and salty notes as well. Body feels slick, co2 levels are soft to avg. Quite special this one, but I kinda like it. I also like tequila.. :)

Bottle from Vika enjoyed at home
Dark dark brown, thick tanned head. Smell of dark fruity malts, agave, tequila and oak. Very interesting and out of the box aromas! Medium sweet, a quick change to medium sour flavors of berries and fruits, tequila, agave, earth and soil, very complex stuff. Moderate bitter finish. An excellent sipper, quite far away from the rest of the world of beer!

Bottle from my parents-in-law, thanks! Murky cola colored pour with a smaller spotty head. Tart / sour dark fruit, wood, and tequila. Very cool beer. Lively on the tongue.

Bottle. Pours a hazy nut brown body with a small off-white head. Nose is a complexity fiesta of red berries, wood, tequila, herbs, black currants, vanilla, red wine and hints of grass, caramel, honey melon and raisins. Taste is raisins, red wine, wood, red berries, grass, herbs and hints of tequila and caramel. Full, creamy body, medium carbonation, dry and elegant finish. A wonderfully delicate potion of a variety of flavors, touching on elements from the traditions of wine, spirit and beer alike. Distinct originality to boot. Delicious and interesting.
