On tap at the brewery. Pours a mostly hazy coppery caramel color with almost no head, leaving only a faint trace of smoky film on the surface with a bit of agitation. Lots of oak, light fruits, and caramels in the nose. A bit of grandmother’s lavender perfume as well. The fruits seem to have a lighter, almost greenish raisiny quality compared to the darker elements of Lost and Found, and the oaky dryness and perfumy bouquet are sharply different from the yeasty spice of the original. Medium bodied, still mouthfeel. Well balanced, with more oak, green raisin, and perfumy caramels on the palate. Almost a little bit funky with some light red grapey qualities going on as well, but subtle, and definitely secondary to the sweeter perfume dimensions. Pleasantly dry finish with some nutty coconut lingering in the final smack.

750 ml bottle via the Saints club and shared with highibus - Pours a hazy deep amber color with some floaties and a medium size light tan head. No lacing. Aroma is tart fruit, oak, and vinegar. Flavor is dark esters, oak, and vinious. Medium body. The oak really lingers on the palate. A decent beer, but I think I like L & F better.

Thanksto stevo for this one. Orangey brown, with a thin white ehad. Nice tart aroma, with notes of cherry and red wine. Flvor is very complex, but there are notes of cherry and some other tart, sour fruits mixed with a lot of oak and red wine character. Earthy, rustic finish. Very impressive brew.
