Aroma of green apples, very light spices, yeast and malt. Flavor is light and effervescent. Lightly sweet with some chalky dryness in the finish. I am thinking this is quite stylistacally accurate. Though the style seems to be even more about subtlety than say saison. omhper (12171), Stockholm, Sweden

The aroma is bread, honey, light lemon and herbal hops. The flavor is moderately sweet, low bitterness with dough, honey, pears and golden raisins. Medium body is soft with light carbonation. Pretty nice, but in need of a touch more attenuation and bitterness to be great. moejuck (1165), Ohio, USA
