Aroma has caramel malt, yeast, honey wheat bread and light apple notes. Flavor is refreshing and pretty yeasty and malty. Some apple flavors as well. Flavor follows, sweet and fruity, some yeast, a bit floral, just not really interesting. Medium bodied with a lighter mouthful, nice smooth velvety fine sizzling carbonation though, a bit chalky. Dry and bready malty taste. Vague hints of spices and hops. Solid and enjoyable. mpersinger (176), , California, USA Apr 26, 2009 Pours brilliant orange (vienna malt?) and hazy. Distinct raisin paste/coconut oil aroma, flavor and mouthfeel as in SPF 45, though toned-down. Also, tangerine rind and black currant with mellow finish.
