Bottle corked and caged shared by Ryan, thanks for sharing, poured a light cloudy orangish color with aromas of light lemon, hay, some dill and a touch of light funk. Flavors were the same, light mustiness in the aftertaste, a solid beer.

Nice unassuming beer. It doesn’t taste strongly of anything, but the overall effect is pleasing.
3.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 popkow (256) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - APR 6, 2013
Small white head on top of hazy orange. Aroma of musty bakery with a floral overtone. This beer needs more carbonation and a bit more hops to set out apart from other farmhouse ales.
3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 BiddleBrau (766) - Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 23, 2013
Slight haze, golden with white fluffy head. Hint of mustiness in the nose. Crisp bite from the carbonation and hops, slightly creamy palate, grassy flavor. Well balanced, between the spice of the hops and the malt. Will be a welcome beverage on a summer day.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 zenkis (259) - Ogre, LATVIA - MAR 14, 2013
Pours light cloudy yellow to golden with huge white head making super nice lasing (different although from Vells glass whom we shared bottle). Aroma - dominant pineapply, vinegar, sweetish malty, a bit sour. Later it comes a bit farmhouse. Mouthfeel is above medium bodied, light dry finish, in aftertaste comes some herbal notes of hopping, mild sweet from malt. Taste- malty sweet, but not sugary, pleasant, mild hopping bitter; light spicy on tongue. For 7% alcohol is not notable at all (only after), flavor @ later stages becomes more malty and aroma hopped, mild bitter, lively but not high carbonated. Overall - very nice ale, far away parallels with barley wine and pale lager at the same time.
