From the Remixed Tracks, this is a blend of Cuvee from bourbon barrels blended into The Angelís Share (bourbon) with peaches and topped off with Project X (our wild fermentation project) to balance the peachesí sweetness with some acidity. The blend proportions are 60% Angelís Share, 20% Cuvee de Tomme and 20% Project X.

Bottle. Itís a lightly hazy light brown to dark amber body under a more or less missing head of biege color. The aroma is lightly sourish, with lots of berries and a generic fruityness. Caramel notes. Some bourbon hints, a faint coconut touch. Itís sourish and fruity on the palate, very peachy, with a berry-like sourness and a faint vinegar touch. Itís full-bodied and warming, with a soft carbonation. Stairway to Heaven is probably my all time favorite rock song, but the beer is just a really good one, quite a way from the top, but still fine. 141220

Bottle @ The HUGE Tasting. The pourís slightly hazy brown with a small head. The nose is sweet cherry pie. Cake batter. A bit of red wine barrel funk. Wild yeast. Mega Tasting at Bruceís pad. Very hazy red - brown beer, residual pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and dry. Light Worcester sauce sourness, sourish cherry, mellow fruity bourbon. Finishes light and dry with the sourness turning a little lemon acid. Overall, tasty but a bit sharp.

Bottle, generously shared by Kenny at the Big Friday tasting. It pours murky deep brown with a small beige head. The nose is tangy, juicy, wood, earth, floral, vanilla, cherry, soft raspberry and some jamminess. The taste is juicy, tart, tangy, cherry, big acidic kick, wood, jam, sherbet, some astringency, tart green apple and a lick of alcohol warmth with a dry, acidic finish, Medium+ body and fine, prickly carbonation. Good balance and actually hides the abv well. Nice work.
