From the Remixed Tracks, this is a blend of Cuvee from bourbon barrels blended into The Angel’s Share (bourbon) with peaches and topped off with Project X (our wild fermentation project) to balance the peaches’ sweetness with some acidity. The blend proportions are 60% Angel’s Share, 20% Cuvee de Tomme and 20% Project X.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy brown with small frothy white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is figs, dark fruits, caramel. Sweet bourbon, strong dark fruit, light funk, easy to drink. Very good.

Bottle @ Theis. Pours near clear red/brown with a small white head. Aroma is bourbon, leather, oak, peach, vanilla, port and sour fruit. Taste is moderate+ sweet, moderate bitter and tart. Body is medium, textures is slick/oily, carbonation is soft. Finishes intense, warming and tart with oak and fruit. Quite nice.

Bottle @ The HUGE Tasting. The pour’s slightly hazy brown with a small head. The nose is sweet cherry pie. Cake batter. A bit of red wine barrel funk. Wild yeast. The taste is nicely bright peach meat. Some toffee-slathered wood. Buggy funk. Slightly earthy and hot. Medium body, soft carbonation. Pretty good.

Mega Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Very hazy red - brown beer, residual pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and dry. Light Worcester sauce sourness, sourish cherry, mellow fruity bourbon. Finishes light and dry with the sourness turning a little lemon acid. Overall, tasty but a bit sharp.

Bottle, generously shared by Kenny at the Big Friday tasting. It pours murky deep brown with a small beige head. The nose is tangy, juicy, wood, earth, floral, vanilla, cherry, soft raspberry and some jamminess. The taste is juicy, tart, tangy, cherry, big acidic kick, wood, jam, sherbet, some astringency, tart green apple and a lick of alcohol warmth with a dry, acidic finish, Medium+ body and fine, prickly carbonation. Good balance and actually hides the abv well. Nice work.

Bottle shared at the BIG Friday tasting, massive thanks to our Ken for sharing the entire track set and also to Bruce for providing the accompanying music 03/01/14. Murky dark chestnut brown with a moderate light beige covering, a good representation of 4 day old festival toilet water, this beer is NOT a looker ! Nose is soured apricots, tarte fruit, caramel fudge, dank wood, light pepper. Taste comprises tarte fruits, bitter apricot, dates, toffee fudge, light booze, musty, barnyard, funky dankness. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, surprisingly easy on the palate for 12.5%. Decent sour, looks aside, alcohol well integrated.

Bottle shared during the Track Set interval of the Brokeback Revisited tasting in London. Cheers Kenny! Probably the best song of the track series too! Pours horrendously like mud though. But don’t worry, it’s all up hill from there. Nose is chock full of the dark fruits - dates, raisin, sticky toffee focus. Some bright citrus and caramel biscuit behind the mild funk. Very appealing stuff. Taste is big and juicy citrus fruits giving it a nice dose of sweetness, some toffee comes in and it’s a little woody and spice driven on the finish. A really balanced oaky vanilla feel to it throughout and some great vinous notes. Citrus is the winner here though. Sweet to sour with superb balance. Sensational stuff

Bottle shared during the Track Set interval of the Brokeback Revisited tasting in London. Thanks, Ken. Pours lightly unclear red-brown with a faint tan cream. The nose has sweat, lightly dried berries, slight nuttiness, earth. Medium sweet flavor with assertive sour berries, light acetic burn, some wood. Medium to full bodied with fine, spirited carbonation. Quenching finish, rich tart berries, raspberry, mild alcohol warmth, light funk, acetic twang. Very nice.

Rödbrun-koppar. Klar. Syrlig, bärig och fruktig. Tung doft med inslag av alkohol. Frisk och syrlig. Ettrig syra i eftersmaken. Känner inte mycket av Angles Share. Cuvee de Tomme är desto tydligare. Magsaft
