Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with a small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is citrus, funk, and oak. Thin mouthfeel with nice tart citrus, funk, and nice sour finish. Very impressive.

Bottle @ Theis. Pours hazy golden with a minimal off-white head. Aroma is quite sour, apple, oak, vinegary, very light buttery, peach and very distinct peppery spice. Taste is light+ sweet, moderate tart. Body is light+, texture is oily/slick, carbonation is soft. Finishes vinegary and tart.

>> Thanks Dan for this one! Pours flat, clear gold. Nose is white wine vinegar, rice vinegar, mirin, saltwater. Taste is orange peel, spicy acetic heat, saltwater. Flabby, dead palate. Aceto bomb. Too bad.

>!< all acetic, no carbonation

Bottle @ The HUGE Tasting. The pourís gold with a small head. The nose is strong oak. Lemon, white apple. Wild yeasty funk. The taste is similar. Lemon. Hints of vanilla and peach. Soft body, light carbonation. Really tasty, but somewhat under-carbed.

Mega Tasting at Bruceís pad. Lightly hazy pale gold beer, residual white head. Light palate, mildly crisp. Mellow sourness turning a little acetic. Light lemon fruit. Worcestef sauce. Finishes dry. Itís tasty but too acidic for me to want much of it.

Bottle, generously shared by Kenny at the Big Friday tasting. It pours lightly hazy golden with a minimal white head. The nose is wood, vanilla, coconut, sour peach, apricot and sherbet. The taste is crisp, tart, sherbet, sour peach, apricot, some acidity juicy white grape and a touch of alcohol with a dry, tart finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A lot of Duck Duck Gooze character about it. Smooth, crisp and very drinkable. One of my favourites of the box set.

Bottle shared at the BIG Friday tasting, massive thanks to our Ken for sharing the entire track set and also to Bruce for providing the accompanying music 03/01/14. Murky yellow orange with moderate off white edgework. Nose is tarte citric fruit, burnt/roasted nuts, straw, lemon rind, citric dipped hay. Taste comprises bitter fruits, lemon rind, light acidic strains, dank wood, hay, funk, tarte lemon curd. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tarte dry closure. Decent sour, easy drinking, lemon focussed, not a huge amount of complexity though.

Bottle shared during the Track Set interval of the Brokeback Revisited tasting in London. Cheers Kenny! Song didnít really match this beer regardless of how good the song is. Another average looking pour. Nose is a winner though - big acidic lemon juice, cheesecake biscuit, hay and lemon curd. Nice tart. Taste is lemon curd forward, very tangy and zesty citric notes. Quite oily and sweet behind the moderate funkiness. Decent beer
