75cl, new exclusive American brew Anno 2011, thx alot to Kristian and Udo for sharing!, very complex sour Kriek, fruity/sour and slightly woody/spicy/sweet, balanced, cloudy, small head, very good brew, yet not worth all the hype!, íSincere gratitude to my German friends for sharing this epic experience with me!í

Bottle... This beer rocks!... Pours cloudy and straw-colored with a rose tint and a small, fizzy, white head. The aromatics are very earthy, tannic and woody with light components of cinnamon and cherry. Full-bodied and creamy with tingly carbonation. The flavor is a fantastic, fruity, sweet-tart experience. A huge cherry character is acccompanied by light woodiness, mild earthiness and a terrific balancing act involving loads of sweet fruitiness, maltiness and fairly sharp, clean acidity. Finishes crisp, fruity and tart. A big pat on the back to the entire South Florida Crew for pooling our resources in order to land this world class white whale. It did not disappoint!

Bottle - pour a light murky red. Nice sour cherry aroma with some funk. Tart, a little acidic with cherries and a little grassy taste. Very good.

Snifter pour at Eclipse release party. Aroma and flavor was cherry and a tart, peach/apricot yogurt aspect. Both CC and CCK seem similar. CCK may be slightly better, but I didn't have them side-by-side, so... Anyway, excellent beer!

Clean crisp fresh cherry and light raspberry yogurt parfait. Soft lactic sourness is pleasant. Dry. Refreshing. Quite drinkable. Tasty easy drinking clean well balanced sour fruit ale from america.

Smells juicy - tons of cherries, a little cinnamon, a touch of funk. Finishes with a touch of acetic acid/acetone. Despite rumors of explosive bottles, this one poured out just fine. Rose-Orange with a touch of foam that quickly faded. Taste is more complex than the nose. Cherries dominate - juicy and jammy with a light lemony finish. Light feel, medium carb. One of the better American wilds Iíve had.

Glowing pinkish-red body, medium off-white head, minimal lacing. Cherries, oak, some funk, acidic berries, tart, Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, lingering acidic finish, dry tannic finish.

Bottle at Toronado with my wife. So pumped to finally try this one!! Pour is slightly hazy magenta with a small white head that quickly dissipated. Big sour cherries, oaky, nice spice, cinnamon, raspberries, a touch of nutmeg, somewhat tannic - though well-balanced fruity and slightly sweet. Seriously smells like cherry pie and no signs of vinegar or aging. Taste is big sweet and sour cherries, raspberry, red wine, slightly tannic, oaky, fruit skin, balanced beautifully with spice - cinnamon, pie crust, light vanilla, and nutmeg with a big sour fruity finish. Medium body with medium-to-high carbonation. This beer is a thing of beauty and I canít believe I got a chance to try this one. I donít know if it got better or worse with age, but WOW this was something special!

Woodshed 2.0. Bottle share courtesy of Dak. It pours with a full up opaque ruby red body with murky grapefruit juice colored hues supporting a white head of foam. The aroma offers up sour vinegar, an acidic note or two and a light degree of berry fruitiness. The taste is just plain tart to begin with and then running into acidity and vinegar mixing with a mild berry fruit and grapefruit like tartness. Nice stuff.
