COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American hopped saison.

Editor’s note: The 2009+ versions are spiked with Brett at bottling. Bottles from 2009 are marked as such, although 2010 and 2011 bottles appear to not note the vintage on the label, but might be printed on the neck or base.

I love the taste, it’s perfect but this is expensive. Balanced flavor of this Saison 750ML bought in Sweden (Systembolaget). Not too sharp or too quiet, for us who do not hunt hops or sour. The downside is that there are equivalent Saison for cheaper price. If you take a high price, you have to deliver at a high level, ideally have a unique flavor. For me this is good beer with full body, fruit, apple, citrus, but not worth the price because there are loads of similar tastes out there.

Svår definierad doft, piggelin och brie doft. Grumlig i färgen. Lost Abbey gör en inte besviken men överträffar inte förväntningarna. Det var en rejäl bonde som drack denna. Man känner tydligt Brett i karaktären. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Yellow gold, super cloudy. Light white head. Lemony, some honey sweetness, banana, clove. Touch of bitterness upfront, slightest touch of sourness, some sharper sweetness. Mid-light body, pretty acidic, slight oiliness. Awesome beer. Very interesting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from systembolaget. Fresh and light with a nose reminding of citrus and fruits. Pours hazy orange with a porous white head. Very tasteful with a fresh and strong taste of fruits. The palate is light and easy together with a full body. A good beer which delivers. Very pleasant and drinkable.
