COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American hopped saison.

Editor’s note: The 2009+ versions are spiked with Brett at bottling. Bottles from 2009 are marked as such, although 2010 and 2011 bottles appear to not note the vintage on the label, but might be printed on the neck or base.

Blonde and quite effervescent with a weak head. Slightly yeasty aroma with dried flowers and light orchard fruit. Light apricot and peach, with faint pale malts. Ok, a bit spicy and leaning towards dryness in the finish. Not noticing any brett, but this is a recent bottle.

Bottle, 75cl. It pourrs a slightly unclear body, dark golden in color and with a diminishing white head. The aroma has a lovely saison-ish touch from the yeast, as well as apricots and some wheat notes. Lots of spiced notes. Fruityness, apricots, yeast hints, some malts and a touch of pine cones and resins. Full body, lots of carbonation. Lasting finish with citrus peel and bitterness. Woderful, just wonderful. A beer I’d like to have again and again. 130202

Clear golden color, small steady white head. Belgian yeasty nose: apricot fruityness, "dry yeast" and some alcohol. Flavor is fruity (apricot, peach) and yeasty. Finish has some grape juice, watermelon and hops. Quite Belgian easy going ale. No Brett found.

Bottle, bought @ Ølbutikken, Cph.
Enjoyed to the Inter - Barcelona game.
Pour is light pale golden with a great, staying, frothy, white head. Lazy bubbles moving upwards. Impressive fruity hops aroma, green apples abound, grassy hops, brett character, zesty, some sugary backbone, flowery, a hint of ginger and white pepper, tulips, pilsner malts. Lovely, just lovely. Low carbonation, surprisingly fat and creamy mouthfeel with a lingering dryness. Flavour is has a slight mouldy touch at first, but it soon disperses. Very dry, quite bretty, lots of green apples, some sweety malts nose. Very good, but better in aroma than taste.
