Big thanks to daysinthewake for getting this bottle out to me. Served in a Lost Abbey long-stem tulip.
Pours a slightly-hazy peach color with a thick and foamy white head. Loads of lacing on the way down and a thick collar throughout. The nose carries some light fruit plus a bit of white pepper and spice. Light coriander character and a bit of citrus peel. Light wheat. Slight dryness to the finish. Medium-high carbonation. Good malt backbone with a nice bit of spice and yeast bite throughout. Quite nice.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 cakanator (440) - South Hadley, Massachusetts, USA - JAN 24, 2012
2009 version, 25oz bottle, poured into brooklyn snifter. Great looking golden hue, slightly lighter, bold fluffy head, great lacing. Aromas of citrus, and light bret, bready, yeasty, decently floral. Palate is quite balanced, the citrus and carbonation are prevelent up front, with a crisp dryness. The bret has developed lightly, minor sour notes, but it is so pleasent. I like this offering alot and aging has done it justice, but I’m not sure how it will get any better.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Oakes (9988) - Gibsons, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 21, 2012
Blonde and quite effervescent with a weak head. Slightly yeasty aroma with dried flowers and light orchard fruit. Light apricot and peach, with faint pale malts. Ok, a bit spicy and leaning towards dryness in the finish. Not noticing any brett, but this is a recent bottle.

Savannah, Ga. - Habersham Beverage Warehouse - 750 ml cage corked bottle. Pours a murky dark orange, with an omnipresent fluffy white head that lasts a long time. Lemony, perfume-like aroma with some barnyard accents. Flavor has some lemony accents, scuppernong grapes, some sweet raw cake mix, and a hint of sourness. Thick mouthfeel with just the right amount of spritz. Pretty solid.
