The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of yeast as well as medium notes of fruit - citrus fruits and peaches. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of wheat, yeast, and fruit - especially citrus fruits, leading to a dry bitter and lemony finish. The body is good.

May 7, 2008 Cloudy and pale. Crazy, fruity and a little bit footy nose. Soft, spicy body, heavy on the yeast notes. Sweet, with a nice kiss in the finish of malt. Fairly simple overall.

Jul 27, 2008 From bottle #1 at sk8vikings American blind tasting. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a lacing white head. Mild spiced, light hoppy and belgian yeasty aroma. Flavour starts light acidic and spiced. Mild bubblegum note following and with a lasting light spiced note joining in. Ends wheaty and slight dry and mild spiced. Light yeasty finish.
