3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
total hybrid of the two constituent beers, the Serpent Stout is apparent on the initial mouthfeel and roasty malt character, but the Angels Share takes over with a boozey, dark fruit, caramel profile that lingers into the sweet and warming finish with woody tones throughout, great blend!

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Definite sipper. Minimal bourbon and a nice chocolate/cocoa dryness at the end of the finish. Heavy but not overwhelming and definitely not overly sweet nor syrupy. Somewhat creamy in the middle.
