Clear medium to dark red amber color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, pink - off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart berry, raspberry, wood notes. Flavor is heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long long long duration, acetic vinegar notes, dry dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20101119]

Bottled. An unclear red-brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of red berries, brettanomyces, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sour and woody with notes of red berries, malt and brettanomyces, leading to a very tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy and opaque orangey brown with an off-white head leaving a light lacework. Very intense raspberry aroma - delicious. Medium body, good carbonation, very dry and tart raspberry notes with a finish as dry as a bone. Fresh alright. 280910

Bottled@SBWF2010. Deep reddish coppery colour, quite murku, with a small quickly vanishing head. Aroma is tart and sourish wooden, fruity and berryish. Flavour is quite similar along with some spicyness. A rather pleasantly balanced sour beer. Also has some slight sweet berries along with the tartness.

Bottle, thanks yespr. Hazy orange coloured with a huge off-white head. Fruity and perfumed aroma of raspberries with acidic notes. Fruity and light acidic flavour of raspberries and oak. Tart finish of raspberries.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Cloudy copper colour, small head. Aroma of tart raspberries and vinegar. Woody with marked acidity.Medium-full bodied with a solid malt backbon to back up the puckering acidity. More in your face concentrated sour flavours than complexity, but darn good!

Bottle @ Ulfborg Friday Night Tasting Session. Thanks to J&C. Pours unclear pink with a creamy white head. Nose is brett and tart and fresh raspberries. Lively carbonation. Extremely dry. Very funky. Tart and dry end. Great!

Bottle at home - shared with Mette. Clear deep red/dark brown - light pink head. High raspberrie aroma, nice sourness, bretty, acis, lacto, nice sour raspberries, light roasted malty, lovely high dryness. Very nice.
