Commercial Description:
And so the Three Wise Men set out from the East bearing gifts of Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh. Along the Way, they follwoed a bright light. The Bible neglects to mention if they brought beer or not. Who goes crossing the desert without beer? How smart are we to believe these wise men were? Since Christmas is the season of gift giving more than receiving, please be a giver and share the Wisdom found in each and every bottle of our Gift of the Magi.

Bottle: Cloudy orange pour with a large, fluffy sand colored head. Aroma is soft and fruity, oaky, has some tartness, and caramel malt. Tastes tart and spicey. Orange peel, coriander, pepper... Rather intense with the spice. Some citrus and light florals. Different than expexted, but embraced. Thanks Jordan.

Pours a deep copper orange with a thick off white head. The aroma is medium sweet, yeasty, floral, citrus and light spices. Flavor is floral, orange, herbal, pepper, apple and light pepper. Medium to full body, smooth and creamy texture. Finishes medium with a citrus bitterness.

A clear deep orange hue with a nice layer of creamy brown head that sustains well. Aroma is caramel and bread malts, a range of fruits and winter spices, citrus hops, and moderate alcohol body. Flavor is initially thick caramel malts interleaved with drying hops on top of a significant layer of spices and darker fruits, finishes sweet with modest alcohol warming. Palate is thick with moderate carbonation. A flavorful winter beer (drank in August!) with a spice profile that compliments the dominant malts and hops.
