COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Corruption, Greed, and Lust. They’re all represented on the hooks of today. Tomorrow, they’ll be stinging Gluttony, Desire, and Sloth. Go ahead. Tell yourself you’re better than all of them. But you can’t. Hell can be funny like that. Down here it’s all just sin. Everyone here is screwed just like you. They don’t care who you sliced, diced, or cheated. No on is escaping this heinous place. Your roommate is an ax murderer. Eerily, he’s not threatening. How can he be? Here, the Fallen Angel owns your body, mind and soul. As such, no one can take your life. It’s already been taken. Or was it given? Neither matters. Did you seriously think you were living a virtuous life. At least Satan serves beer in Hell. He brews it himself right there in that flame stoked cauldron. Rumor has it the beer is straw yellow, bone dry and simply labeled Inferno.

Pours hazy yellow with a big, soapy, white head. Aromas of peaches, citrus, and faint hops. Flavor is packed with a big carbo punch that literally attacks the tongue. Lots of tropical fruit and some malts floating around but this is literally an "inferno" on my tongue and one I rather enjoy. My second Lost Abbey offering and this one is reaffirming their status as a solid Belgian brewing company from the States. Cheers!

Bottle 2008 - pale gold with a slim white head. Sour yeasty and fruity aroma. Taste is fruity, sweet, malty, dry, touch of barnyard, candy. Medium bodied, quite lively on the roof of the mouth. A lot going on, well balanced. Very good indeed.

Hmm, this is pretty solid and tasty. Aroma is bright and lively with citrus, dough, and wild, funky yeast rounding out the nose. Pours cloudy light yellow/straw with a copious, billowing, expanding, creamy head that leaves nice lacing. High level of carbonation on this one. Taste is very fruity, spicy, somewhat sour, medium bitterness and lightly sweet. Has a strange funky flavor reminding me of Belgian Lambic organisms. This is a very unique brew, the description is rather amusing as well.

Massive cloud of foam released from the inferno. Massive amount of carbonation packed into this devils brew. Straw and wheat champagne with hidden alcohol behind the lacing.

Pours light golden with a voluminous fluffy head. Has very heavy carbonation and a light wheat scent. Tasted good, a surprisingly drinkable and understated ale for its 9%. As it says, straw yellow and bone dry. A strange almost doughy aftertaste appears after a while of drinking, however I would drink this again. Another good beer from Lost Abbey for me.
