Bottle. Somewhat hazy golden beer with a small but lasting offwhite head. Fruity sourish aroma, yeasty, citrus, woody, leather notes, funky, grapefruit, some spices. Fruity grape flavor, notes of brett, leather, grapefruit, woody, funky, but throughout the beer, the brett and funkiness is balanced, if not a bit weak. Fruity citrus finish with leather, grapefruit and floral notes.

Bottle pours a clear orange with a thin head. Bubblegum brett aroma. A little hay funk and dirt. Doughy sweet flavors lots of brett that tastes young. Maybe its just young but its not melding too well yet. Bitter earthiness, doughy brett, and a little acidic tartness. Eh not bad.

12.7oz bottle in a tulip. Pours cloudy golden with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of pale and caramel malts, some spice and light fruit, and hints of sourness from the yeast, and a little bitterness. Flavor the same. Average texture. An interesting beer, that is mild for the style.

Bottle shared at CBC - Clerkenwell, London - many thanks to Seth! Pours clear, yellow-gold with a light, white cream head. Doughy malt nose, hints of tangy brett. Medium to big sweet flavor, some sugary white bread, faint tangy lemon. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish with sugary pale malts, dough, light yeast, sweet lemon and other citrus. So so overall. A bit unexciting.

375ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, white head. Minimally yeasty and fruity aroma has cautious notes of peach and lemon. Taste is moderately sweet fruity with a minimally tart touch, notes of peach, tangerine, lime, orange zest; subtle, soft carbonation. Nice fruity taste but not as funky and bretty as expected.

Bouteille 375ml.

Big Top Bevereage, Rosyln, PA 375ml (too much money): Pours golden with a quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is a bunch of Brett funk, sugar, yeast, and fruit punch. Taste is much more wild than it is sour or anything like that, but there is a bit of sourness. It ain’t that interesting. The aroma is better than the taste, which is a bit underwhelming. Still the beer is a nice drink, but not really exciting.

Bottle. Cheers to Seth for the pour! The pour’s deep gold with a small head. The nose is grass, strong bretty funk, light woody vanilla, general barnyard and cow patch earthiness. The taste is light brett and marshmallow. Notes of sweet peaches, pear, cobweb. Light body, soft carbonation. Overall, the flavors are pretty muted. The palate isn’t expressive or all that inviting. In that respect, this beer’s a letdown. It’s frankly middle of the road.
