3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours a clear amber gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grains with a some earthy funk and a hint of light fruits. Flavor is quite sweet with grains, fruits and flora with just a bit of funk coming out towards the finish.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from bottle into a tulip. Pours a hazy medium orange color with a foamy head.
There is a nice tartness to all of the aromas along with lemon peels, funk, and some citrus as well.
Medium bodied with a solid feel. Kind of lacking on the mid, but has a nice dry finish along with notes of lemon peels and citrus. The flavors are on the tart side.
A nice wild ale. This probably could’ve used more age as it was more subtle tartness than outright funk.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours clear gold into a snifter. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Sweet caramel and coriander aromas. Sweet with toasted caramel and hay upfront turning to ever so mild brett in the lasting slightly salty finish.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle at Eulogy. Yellow amber pour with a big fizzy head. Big brett aroma. Medium sour. Toasted wheat. Honey nut cheerios. Artichoke. Celery hearts. Straw. Band Aid. Bubblegum. Kumquots. Candied sugar. Lemongrass. Funky sour, but still rather tame. Medium palate, but feels nicely full for the style.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
pour is a hazy dirty yellow with a thin bubbly head. The nose has nice signs of Brett, light dust and leather with notes of pineapple. However, that is accompanied by stale grain and bread. The taste is less Brett and more stale grain and bread. Same Brett notes just more muted and the nose wasn’t bright in Brett. There is also an overly sweet candied lemon in te finish. The body is fairly well carbonated especially for la, it’s light and a bit grainy in feel.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a hazy golden orange color with lighter banana colored edges and a one finger white foam head that quickly settles into a lasting ring. Visible carbonation bubbling up and sporadic spots of lace left behind.
Aroma is similar to that of a wheat based beer with zesty spice, bread, citrus fruit and pale malt notes. Slightly earthy but the brett presence is weaker than I expected. A little musty and funky but I’m getting more lactic sourdough bread and some subtle sulfur. Reminds me of a tame Berliner weisse.
On the thinner end of medium bodied with a decent brett presence but again, tastes more like a wheat based beer with subtle funk. Crisp and refreshing with some zesty spice followed by bready yeast, citric acidity, light fruit and faint musty funk. Slightly lactic but not very sour or acidic. Peppery spice with some coriander and ginger followed by some banana, bread and strong lemon juice presence. The wild yeast adds subtle farmhouse funk and light tartness in the finish. Refreshing and easy to drink but not all that interesting.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Smells a bit of funk and old paint. Looks okay, not real heady. The beer is sour and funky but in a fairly subdues way, not lambicish at all. Tasty but very pricey.
