Bottle: Smaller sized vast and slow disappearibg white head on top of a almost clear yellow colored beer. Smell lemon, brett, sour, yeast, other fruits like orange and apricot, nothing crazy, all very soft and smooth. Taste is a creamy and smooth mix of yeast, fruit, peach, some creamy malts, wood, citrus and herbal spices. All very soft and creamy and no real brett taste... Strange. Aftertaste is creamy, wood, yeast, peach a hint of brett comes through. Low carbo, soft creamy mouthfeel, very balanced and tad more than a medium body and a creamy smooth texture. Thereís no sourness in this beer. It did remind me of a tripel, a very smooth and well balanced one. Or even a summer beer, easy drinkable, tasty, smooth, balanced, but a sour ale?

Smaller corked bottle thanks to Kyle. Pours a cloudy orange color with a medium white head. A big spicy and peppery nose, light funk. The overall flavor is a bit like a more peppery and light banana Belgian ale, not sour at all, light funkiness in the finish. A nice palate.

Small, rather stable very fine & dense yellow head, fed by extremely lively Champenoise carbonation in copperish-yellow beer. Typical Brett nose, old furniture or old textiles, farmyard more or less; garden herbs or dried herbs. Sweetish, with a spicy-sourish finish. Again dried herbs, dried fruits, dried vegetables. Definitely some oxydation. Leathersoap is there a bit as well. Very carbonated, spritzy MF; certain slickness, lean body. MBB wasnít my favourite @ PizzaPort, is isnít my favourite @ Lost Abbey. Somewhere, the Bretts donít deliver the right thing - bit like the Ommageddon.

Aroma- slight hay, lemons, oranges, vinegar Appearance- straw yellow, foamy white head Taste- some acidity, lemons, vinegar, slight tartness Palate- thin, over-carbonated Overall- Not worth the pricetag at all. Not really sour, thin, and mostly bland. Chalk this one up to a loss.

Bottle. Clear yellow pour white head. Bread, dough, and light brett aromas. Ligth citrus notes, not real zip, some yeast and cereal notes. Light and thin. Not sure it has the brett punch I was expecting.

Bottle, bought @ hop-head.dk. Pours light murky yellow with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma has doughy malts, light funkiness, soft citrus. Medium carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, citrus, apple, soft funkiness, mild bitter. Light melon and apple. Soft, well-composed.

375ml bottle $8 Picked this up just because I have seen people clamoring for the Port version from back in the day and wanted to see what the fuss is. Its a cloudy orange beer, decent head. Smell is a slight bit of brett, fruity. Taste doesnít have much funk or brett but the hints of fruit might be the brett? I could swear there was wheat too. This was not bad at all and easy to drink but not one Iíd revisit. I will say at least it was cheaper than Sanctification but then again Sanctification is a bit better than this. Bottle. Hazy orange pour, big white head, good retention/lace. Aroma of creamsicle, very light brett, pineapple, lemon. Taste is creamsicle, lemon, honey. Palate is dry, soft, clean finish. Not much brett, but nicely balanced.
