2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Split with James, Dallas, and Bobby. Pours light, pale yellow with a thin, fizzy white head. Aroma of lemon, sublte funk. Thin bodied, with a slightly carbonated palate. Not tart in the least. Did not care for this at all.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Thin white disappearing head over golden pale. Aromas of mixed fruits and citrus, with sweet malts, oh yea, there was some funk lost somewhere in the background. Nice balance of sweet breads, with combo of fruits yielding to the citrus flavors. Hardy any presence of sour, Brett, or acid. Great beer, but Iím disappointed. No farm and nothing sour.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pale golden blonde pour, thin bubbly white head ... aroma of light sour brett, fruity yeast, and light caramel malts ... taste is of spicy and fruity yeast, light brett, orange zest, and some caramel malt ... has flavors of a saison and a belgian golden ale .... finishes with a lingering bitter bite .... mouthfeel is a little lively .... abv hidden well .... not bad but expected more

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at Caponeís with Bobby. Pours a hazy orange with a minimal head. Aroma is musty, not very funky. Taste is very light, sprtizy, and has a little fruitiness that i canít put my finger on. Kind of reminds me of an Orval. Would love to have a bottle to hold on to for a few years to see how the brett goes.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a hazy golden color. Gets a frothy big head that disappears almost instantly and leaves a thin white film on the surface of the beer. Aroma is fruity, a bit hay, slight funk, yeast.
In the taste I get fruity esters, citrus, funk, maltiness, almost a bit caramel in there.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours clear orange with a small, frothy white head, short retention with light lacing; damn, I wish Lost Abbey could carbonate a beer and have some head retention. Aroma is biscuit, honey, and cracker malt with light earthy hops and heavy Belgian fruity esters. Flavor is sweet malt, light hops and medium bitterness, moderate Belgian yeast fruity esters, light spices and a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation; spicy texture.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Clear golden pour with a small white head. At this moment this is much like a fruity golden ale, very lemony. Aroma was earthy, slightly rustic, good bit of fruit, slight notes of brett up front. Slightly dusty, not sour or funky. Lively carbonation from the get go which was nice. This was actually really good and shows a lot of promise. As of right now though it needs a lot of time and is way overpriced.

At this point itís really a golden ale, the brett hasnít taken hold yet, but itís a tasty golden belgian. Light and well carbonated from the bottle, it pours colden and has a light sweet flavor. Very drinkable and a good dinner beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12.7oz bottle from Binnyís Lincoln Park. Bottled on date of 5/24/12. Pours a glowing orange-gold colored body with a finger-width, fizzy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is sweet bready malts up front with wheat and a few Belgian yeast phenols and esters. Lots of tropical fruits, lightly tart pineapples, and a bit of a dusty funk. Flavor is similar. Sweeter bready malts up front with a bit of a grainy wheat backing. Mostly tropical fruits in the middle with a bit of a pineapple citrus before this finishes pretty dry with a bit of a dusty funk, earth, a slight alcohol warmth, and some sweet malts. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and a moderately lively carbonation. Overall, not a whole lot of funky brett to this as of now, but a decent beer. Bready sweet malts with a decent amount of fruit and a light, dusty earth in the finish. Not bad, but was hoping for more.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle; Pour is murky golden with a modest fine bubbled white head in this glass. Retains poorly, nearly no lacing. The flavor profile is sweet grains, and there is some funk here, with a bit of earth. Some light fruitiness is here as well. The flavor profile is more sweet grain, apricot, more earth and some mild cheese - this brew is mediocre by my estimation for what they were going for....
