jgb9348 (4751) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - OCT 19, 2012
Super hazy golden coloured body with a bit of an orange and slight amber glow and a thin, one centimetre tall white head. Aroma of yeast, coriander seed, corn, curacao and a bit of light caster sugar. Medium-bodied; Assertive yeast and hay/grassy flavours with a lot of effervescence at first then fading to an almost creamy, grassy and herbal flavour and a bit of nice sweet complexity on the back end. Aftertaste has some corn tastes, a bit of curacao and full oranges, some lemons, a bunch of yeast and a little coriander seed freshness. Overall, a decent beer bordering more on a biere de garde more than anything else, but not amazing, and not as good as I was even expecting. I sampled this 37.5 cL split bottle purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 22-July-2012 for US$8.25 sampled at home in Washington on 19-October-2012, with this bottle made on 24-May (perhaps, it’s tough to read).

38cl, exclusive American collab. brew, with Brettanomyces, from Ølbutikken Copenhagen, complex brew, fruity/floral and slightly woody/sweet, easy to drink, balanced, cloudy, small head, good brew, yet expensive!

Clear gold pour with a thick white head. Aroma of funk, malt and creaminess. Malty flavor with berry and cherry fruitiness before a creamy finish.

Ktwse (2014) - SWEDEN - OCT 14, 2012
Pours hazy yellow with light orange tint. Medium, thick white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, spices, herbs, grass, orange peel, slight citrus. Taste is fairly mellow and not at all sour. Sweet up front with just a hint of bitterness in the finish. Massive carbonation with a fairly light body makes for an initially refreshing feel, sadly the finish is not what I had expected, more like a typical Belgian ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

deyholla (6660) - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA - OCT 12, 2012
Bottle. Pours a clear amber gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grains with a some earthy funk and a hint of light fruits. Flavor is quite sweet with grains, fruits and flora with just a bit of funk coming out towards the finish.

Newk (299) - - OCT 11, 2012
Poured from bottle into a tulip. Pours a hazy medium orange color with a foamy head. There is a nice tartness to all of the aromas along with lemon peels, funk, and some citrus as well. Medium bodied with a solid feel. Kind of lacking on the mid, but has a nice dry finish along with notes of lemon peels and citrus. The flavors are on the tart side. A nice wild ale. This probably could’ve used more age as it was more subtle tartness than outright funk.

Pours clear gold into a snifter. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Sweet caramel and coriander aromas. Sweet with toasted caramel and hay upfront turning to ever so mild brett in the lasting slightly salty finish.

Pours a bright orange gold with a thin white head. Aroma of Brett, tropical fruit. Some creamy notes. Taste follows, funky, tropical fruits, Brett. Creamy and smooth. Not bad but not mind blowing ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
