3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle@home. Poured murky orange with a tan, lacing, creamy head. Fruity aroma of pineapple, tangerine, honey, cinnamon and a little bit of ginger. Medium bodied, well rounded, high carbonation. Generally sweet taste with a lacking aftertaste, with perhaps a hint of caramel. Not bad, but not that exciting as I was hoping.

Bottle from DBS. Brett? Wild? How's about total bullshit. It's pretty much Brux...aka a huge letdown. Belgian ale with a slight sweetness and not much Brett. $8 a bottle? Who cares... Ok beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle. It poured a hazy orange with an off white head. Aroma was candy sugar, cookies, grass, and light apices. Flavor was sweet and spiced, and some grassyness. Not much Brett taste here and quite too sweet.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a very thin watery golden again with thin foam. Not very sour infact more on the Belgian tasting side. Not a great beer especially for the price.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
I was expecting something more sour or wild, so I am a bid sad about it. Its not a bad beer but its nothing special. Lots of belgian aromas and flavors.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
375 ml bottle bought through Brill & Co. Pours hazy golden with a rather small frothy offwhite head that quickly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is funky with crackers, hay, white grapes, raisins, dry soil, leather and overripe tropical fruits. Taste is funky and tiny malty with crackers, hay, dry soil, old white bread, overripe grapes, overripe plums, barnyard, lemon zest, buttery wood and overripe tropical fruits. Mouthfeel is round, dry and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny bitter and slightly funky with old white bread, hay, overripe white grapes, dry soil and hints of barnyard and overripe tropical fruits. A disappointment but still an OK beer.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
2012 Christmas tasting. Gold with a thin head. Lightly sour big melon flavor. Pears and melons. Mellow sourness. Dry. Very tame. More funk when you hit the bottom.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cloudy orange body with particles and a white head. Very nice yeasty and fruity aroma with orange, wheat, wet grass, apricot, a floral note. Excellent yeasty flavour with wheat, apricot, bannana, orange, biscuits, lemon, toast, a dry finish. Great.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottled May, 2012
Pours golden with a solid quilt of bone white foam that falls to a central dome in a minute. Smells of sweet grain, a saison like yeast quality, some hay, a little grass, some artificial apricot, and a hint of clay. Flavor reminds me mostly of a belgian blonde - with overtly savage yeast. Too belgian for me. Sweet with grain and plenty of yeast - nearly a unibroue intensity here. Not sitting well with me. Some hints of grains of paradise. Medium on full bodied with lively carb and a wet finish. Glad I only grabbed one.
