Pours hazy orange, thin white head and a large chunk of yeast. Aroma is estery, lemon, grass, copper, musty, and a bit oxidized. Flavor is fruity, red apple, orange, lemon, copper and brett. Body is thick, oily and creamy and foams in mouth. Finish is very dry and lingers with lemon grass. Very Good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From Ølbutikken shared at Ohtsuki. Bottle 6.3% musty, stale hay, like a hay loft with a cross breeze from a fruit orchard. Not getting any of the metallic qualities I usually associate with Brett. The taste is clean, bready with just a hint of sourness on the finish & a touch of lemon. Not that complex but great stuff.

Bottle. Vibrant cloudy orange and golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is mildly spiced and yeasty, and the flavour is quite yeasty with some malty roastedness and that Belgian style spiced finish. Overall a strong enough tasting beer but pretty average. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear golden color with white sheen. Dry hay, dry spice, barnyard aromas. Light to medium body with average carbonation. Dusty pale malt, belgian spice, mild barnyard flavors---almost good.

Very sweet and sour citrusy aroma. Color is like a natural orange soda. Flavor is a very light smooth Saison, hardly any Brett flavor. Goes down very smooth and light. More like a simple Belgian ale.

Smurf2055 (1303) - Seattle, Washington, USA - SEP 20, 2013
Pours slightly hazy lemon colored with a small white head. Smell light citrus and melon. Taste mellow, like a smooth blond ale, with a bit of funk on the end. Light bodied. Kind of disappointing, it didn’t have any major brett character.

A bottle pour a few weeks back. Like a lot of the ratings, this was just an average brew from two outstanding breweries. It had some decent earthy funk to it, but it was somewhat of a let down.

Medium coarse offwhite head. Hazy orangey body. Funky mealy earthy aroma with fruity honey notes. Sweetish mealy fruity oily taste. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, mealy mouthfeel with fluffy notes. Dryish mealy orangey aftertaste with funky notes. Hard to describe, but lovely fluffy mouthfeel makes it incredibly easy to drink. Lovely. (0.65l bottle, shared by hcalsos.)
