Hazy golden orange pour with an aroma of funk, citrus, spice, and bread. Well-blended flavors of tartness, citrus, spice, and bread. Nicely balanced beer that does not overwhelm. Thanks to richlikebeer,

Bottle: Smaller sized vast and slow disappearibg white head on top of a almost clear yellow colored beer. Smell lemon, brett, sour, yeast, other fruits like orange and apricot, nothing crazy, all very soft and smooth. Taste is a creamy and smooth mix of yeast, fruit, peach, some creamy malts, wood, citrus and herbal spices. All very soft and creamy and no real brett taste... Strange. Aftertaste is creamy, wood, yeast, peach a hint of brett comes through. Low carbo, soft creamy mouthfeel, very balanced and tad more than a medium body and a creamy smooth texture. Thereís no sourness in this beer. It did remind me of a tripel, a very smooth and well balanced one. Or even a summer beer, easy drinkable, tasty, smooth, balanced, but a sour ale?

Bottled. Poured bright golden with a white head that fizzled out quickly. The aroma picked up white vinous notes, dried apricots, cut vinegar, and lemon rind over a soft, but supportive bready base.. a kiss of honey and dank funk on the back of the nose.. interesting. The flavor found layers of lemon rind, oak and fruit skins throughout, with a simple pale base.. dried out very nicely on the finish, leaving tasty fruit, a hint of effervescence, and a kiss of funk. Light-medium bodied with low carbonation on the palate.. tangy throughout, but not all that sour.. almost oily in the right places.. I loved the mouthfeel.

Poured from a 12 oz. corked bottle into a harpoon tulip glass. The color is a hazy orange with a finger and a half of foamy white head that is quickly gone before the first sip. The smell is funky but not too sour. There is some banana aroma mixed with a touch of Belgian candy sugars. The grainy aroma that is detectable in the nose and reminds me of a triple but not as sweet. The taste is sweet but not sour, and wild sourness seems to have been missed in this bottle. What Iím left here is a tasty Belgian-like beer without the carbonation and not much in the way of brett flavor. The is some fig flavor and some slight bubblegum flavor mixed in with a grainy flavor that is nice but is not as exciting as expected. The feel of this beer is smooth with a nice drinkable feel. It goes down easy and has a medium to light body.

Bottled. The aroma has flowers, some aprikot, funk. Hazy, yellow coloured beer with a medium, white head. The taste is light bitter, has funk, citrus, flowers, aprikot, biscuity maltiness. Light-medium bodied. Refreshing. Found it quite enjoyable.

Bottle @ Ales Unlimited: If youíre expecting a sour, youíll be upset. Donít expect anything really wild either. Expect a nice and soft, farmhouse type of ale. It tasted well-together, but I didnít get a lot of funk. Alongside the palate, the taste reminded me more of a nice cheese. Itís as if you donít have to pair it with cheese because itís already there (in a good way obviously). Anyway, I also want to note that the pour was loud and fizzy. The body was murky yet noticeably lively; it was straw and gold; there was a creamy white head and little lacing was left behind. The flavor and mouthfeel stood out the most to me -- the aroma was there and it was good enough, but there was nothing to note. Regardless, Iíll have mo of it.
