Bottle. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is orange, alcohol, tropical fruit, spices. Flavour is tropical fruit, brett, orange, alcohol, yeast, spices. Nice beer.

Bottle, 05/17/2013. Pours golden orange, slight haze, healthy head fades to a nice haze on the surface, active carbonation apparent. Aroma is light pineapple and other tropical notes, a bit dusty with touch of barnyard character, straw malts Taste is citrus and mild tropical notes, banana and clove, straw malts with Belgian yeast character. Medium, sparkling body. Alright, and perhaps getting a bit better, definitely more brett character than when tasted on the initial release.

Shared bottle at local tasting, thanks to Ole Anders for bringing this one. Pours hazy straw coloured with a tiny white head. Aroma is fruity, pineapple and some spices. Taste is sweet with a light sour twist at the end. Expected more.

Flaske: Orangegul klar øl med et fint lille sumhoved. Duft af gær og en smule brett. Dejlig frisk mundfylde der gør at øllen ikke bliver for belgiersød. Udmærket øl men lidt skuffende.

Light, blond smell with sour funk. Golden hue with lots of carbonation. Medium, white head that quickly subsides, lets the beer breathe. Combination similar to a farmhouse, but with more flavor. Even flavor, finishes quickly.

355 ml corked bottle, kindly shared by our beerpal Ole Anders. Hazy golden colour, low head. Nice brettanomyces aroma, farmhouse and hints of wood, but not extreme. The flavour is a bit dull, but not unpleasant. Modest brett notes throughout, minimal bitterness.

Flaske hos Ole Anders mai-13: kveldens første sour ale, og dette går riktig bra. Mild aroma og snill surhet. Denne kan jeg fint leve med.

500ml pours hazy orange with white head. Wheat citrus aroma. Taste is yeast light fruit and big carbonation.

A - Hazy golden-orange with a finger of frothy white head. Fades fairly slowly.
S - Funky and tart brett and other yeasts, citrus zest, vanilla, wheat, farmhouse smells.
T - Funky Brett and other yeasts, tart green fruits, lemon and other citrus zest, wheat, vanilla, farmhouse flavors.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth with a funky and tart finish.
D - Good wild ale. A bit on the light side.

Similiar to the New Blgium version it seems a bit too timid, a good saison-liek golden ale.
