Inspired by crisp white wines, Saison Blanc features New Zealand hops, golden raisins and white pepper for a decidedly bright, spicy, and robust low ABV beer. Finished with Brettanomyces at packaging, this beer will evolve for many more years to come.

This beer pours a slightly cloudy straw color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of hay, fruit and yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of peppercorn, yeast and citrus. The finish is dry with a peppery yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle. Shared by James with Sean and me during the Eagles - Cowboys game. Pours turbid, pale whitish yellow with a tuft of creamy head. Aroma of golden raisin, honey, and Belgian spice. Clean and light with some hay and dry, almost chalky spice. Not much sweetness, which I kind of like. Solid saison. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pour out of 375 mL bottle, hazy yellow pour with fluffy white head, aroma brought notes of lemon, biscuit, bread, hints of slight pepper, oak, raisin notes come through, touch of grain and spice notes, pretty nice. Taste is a mix of white pepper, biscuit, cracker, touch of raisin, hints of slight phenols, touch of earth, finishing with some lemon, biscuit. Pretty nice.

Hazy dark yellow pour with a foamy white head. Aroma is funky and yeast and hay. Some nice citrus, pepper and funk in the flavor. A little over priced, but pretty damn tasty.

14 karat pour with a dense ivory crown. All of the typical characteristics: tart citrus, earthiness, lemon zest, pepper, yeast, hay, biscuit, and funk. Nothing unique to differentiate this from every other Saison on the market. Highly drinkable, crazy price tag, on par with the style.

Bottle thanks to drewface. Strong white pepper in the nose. Moderately bitter and phenolic (peppery) flavors. Effervescent to the point that its hard to drink. Dry finish. Not bad but not my thing ---Rated via intercellular device
