4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
The hazy yellow with the beautiful lacing lets you know something nice is coming. The aroma has the Belgium spices and sweet malts and sugar. The flavor has those and a nice hop presence with some fruit and pepper. Very dry and refreshing.

5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Wow, what a beer! Poured at a good temperature with a colossal, foamy, frothy, billowy, off-white head that settled after a bit and some lacing. Color is a clear yellow with lots of different size bubble trails. Aroma is a full, heady blend of yeast, honey, fruit, spice, grass, biscuit. Probably more, but I might up all night identifying it all. Flavor’s like nose, matches the traditional profile perfectly, has a very strange character of being sweet yet dry! Complemented with perfectly carbonic tang and a lingering bitterness. Body/carbonation are spot on. Finish is like flavor, tapers nicely, and true the whole way. Extremely drinkable any time of the year. Absolutely faultless!

3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cloudy orange yellow pour big frothy head that stays. Aroma of barley,. honey, sweet yeast perfume. Tastes typical bananas yeast but then follow with harsh metallic bitter. Palate is creamy. Pepper leaves a dry staleness. An American hopped saison executed a bit botched. I’ve yet to have a lost Abbey beer that really impressed me.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Very nice nose. Smells of grape, hay. Bone dry, which is as it should be. Very thick brilliant white head with nice retention. Hazy gold. Taste the pepper on the back end. Solid saison from a brewery that only does good beer. Not quite as good as their red barn but solid nonetheless

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
375 from Bev4Less. Pours a murky golden color, tons of foam in accordance with the style. Aroma also classical of the style, with just a touch of chardonnay notes. No notes of pepper or anything out of the ordinary. Very sweet and dry... apple cider notes, grass, herbs, and a barnyard notes from the yeast. The white wine is very prominent in the mid and late palate. Good, solid. Tastes boozier than it is. Nothing super special here, however.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pretty decent and light saison. Grassy, nice hints of the pepper, can somewhat fish the raisins out a bit. Good stuff, perfect summer time ale.
