Inspired by crisp white wines, Saison Blanc features New Zealand hops, golden raisins and white pepper for a decidedly bright, spicy, and robust low ABV beer. Finished with Brettanomyces at packaging, this beer will evolve for many more years to come.

Poured from bottle thanks Willrunforbeer. Light lemony color with a foamy one finger white head. Aromas of belgian yeast lemon and spice. Taste is sour and tart with hints of funk.

Bottle thanks to Brian. Bottle is at least a year and a half old. Slightly hazy color with still good carbonation level, aroma is straw, light barnyard, pale grain, yes indeed there is golden raisins. Interesting. Flavor also reflects the golden raisins with weak Belgian yeast through the center.

. The mouthfeel is heavy with sweetness. The malt has for sure taken over with yeast nearly dead at this point. But with that said; it has held up really well. The raisins make this different.

Bottiglia 375ml comprata da hoppines e bevuta a casa. Chiara torbida con schiuma non troppo persistente. Secca, acidula davvero ottima, ricorda un vino bianco ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhold

Golden cloudy color. Light funky, saison like smell. The taste is salty, spicy and a little to much lively carbonation bubbles. Very dry in the aftertaste.

Bottle from Whole Foods Market in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is musty, old wood, meadow, white wine, grape skins. Taste is mild white wine, some grapes, light lemon, dry oak. Interesting but was hoping for a little more funk and depth.

Well I had to get the cork out using my teeth! After that, aromas of meadow with sporadic wildflowers. Slight lemon and pepper became more apparent as it warmed. Hazy golden-orange with full white head of soapy bubbles that are retained. Taste is moderate spice and citric squeeze of lemon. Slight grittiness of sheathed wheat field. Finishes nicely dry. A little bit of barn but not too much. Very pleasant to drink.

Geez, that cork was wedged in there tight. Hazy yellowish orange, with a smallish white head. Smells grassy and yeasty. Taste is nicely tart, with some citrus and some winey notes, and grassy hops finish. I liked it...

Bottle at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a medium, frothy white head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is citrus hops, pear esters, raisins, pepper, wheat malt and earthy yeast notes. Flavor is lightly tart citrus and tropical fruit, light crisp malt, pepper, raisins and a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation.

Hazy orange color, almost no head. Aroma is acidic, funk, vineous. Taste is light acid and dry, some bitterness and tartness at finish. Flavor is funk, citrus, grapes, bread, herbal. Aftertaste is tart, dry, bitter with citrus character. Medium body, thin texture and medium carbonation. Bretts do the work. Very good.
