Inspired by crisp white wines, Saison Blanc features New Zealand hops, golden raisins and white pepper for a decidedly bright, spicy, and robust low ABV beer. Finished with Brettanomyces at packaging, this beer will evolve for many more years to come.

A superior saison, thanks to the staff at WIndy City. CItrus hops play along with the white pepper and make this very tasty.Big foamy head.

Bottle:   Bright straw, fairly hazy, small to moderate foamy white head, nice lacing.   Dull musty aroma, a little barnish.   Not terribly bright.   Brett seems minor, just about non-existant.   Almost seems to have a farty or soft sulfur sort of aroma.   A bit brighter on the tongue, musty, barnish, with a little tartness.   A little Brett is noticeable.   Moderate to full body and mouthfeel, a touch prickly.   Clean finish, in a dusty barnish grassy sense.   Perhaps the white pepper shows a bit on this one, but its very faint.   Decent, but not a vibrant Saison.

375ml bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite hoppy, with citrus zest and brett. Flavour is very hoppy and bitter for a saison, as well as bringing out lots of white wine, with secondary notes of brett, citrus zest, and floral notes. One of the hoppiest saisons I’ve had, with just enough brett funk in there. Highly drinkable and flavourful. Excellent stuff.

Shared bottle at CBC, Clerkenwell. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of peppery malts, citrussy hops. Prickeling, lively mouthfeel. Taste is light citrus, some wood and even some vanilla towards the dry lingering finish.

Bottle at CBC Clerkenwell share many thanks to Teorne. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a small firm white head. Nose is big citric juice, vinous - white grape focus, lemon, hay, funk. Taste is very vinous and grape driven, tangy citrus, sage and pepper, quite grassy and lightly funked. Very light and dry sigh some nice complexity which comes together very well. I like this

375ml bottle shared at Gunnar tasting. It pours a slightly hazy straw color with a finger of creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast and very light pepper and hops. Taste of light citrus notes, yeast, grass, hay and dough with light spicy notes. Medium bodied and well carbonated. Not sure I could identify much Brett in this. Decent.
