COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by crisp white wines, Saison Blanc features New Zealand hops, golden raisins and white pepper for a decidedly bright, spicy, and robust low ABV beer. Finished with Brettanomyces at packaging, this beer will evolve for many more years to come.

Bottle. White pepper essence but I'm not getting the raisin. Very dry. Not my favorite saison but smooth and clean. Some Belgian qualities. Brett is subdued.

A hazy banana color with nice lace, it has some fruit and funk in the nose. Not my favorite, as the white pepper and raisin taste good but don’t really make the beer great. Solid, but I’ve had better saisons.

Sampled at ESBLS. It poured a cloudy golden color with a white head. The aroma was peppery, with grapefruit, citrus, tropical fruits, funky and some bread. The taste was similar and moderately sweet with some hoppy bitterness. Nice.

2013 vintage. Unclear medium yellow golden with a creamy white head, lasting with nice lace. Aroma is sweet and fruity. Mild Brett. Citrus. Tropical fruit. Grape. Raisin. Straw. Lightly spiced. Light and very dry, much more so than the nose lets on. Same can be said for the flavor, which is less fruity and sweet compared to the aroma. Lots of Brett influence. Dusty. Peppery. Grapefruit. White wine.. Grass. Earth. Cracker. Mild to moderate bitterness. Complex. I’d get a bunch of these if not for the cost. Great beer.

Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Hazy golden coloured with lemon, vanilla and spicy zesty flavours, slight tart fruit, honey and barnyard notes on the finish.

Sampled atvesbls. Very hazy yellow white. Sour flavor to say the least. And that is tart sour. Very bitter, too. But I got the dregs. Itvis zest. Fruit and soft malts. Probably not the way this beer is supposed to be enjoyed.
