Shared bottle at CBC, Clerkenwell. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of peppery malts, citrussy hops. Prickeling, lively mouthfeel. Taste is light citrus, some wood and even some vanilla towards the dry lingering finish.

Bottle at CBC Clerkenwell share many thanks to Teorne. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a small firm white head. Nose is big citric juice, vinous - white grape focus, lemon, hay, funk. Taste is very vinous and grape driven, tangy citrus, sage and pepper, quite grassy and lightly funked. Very light and dry sigh some nice complexity which comes together very well. I like this

375ml bottle shared at Gunnar tasting. It pours a slightly hazy straw color with a finger of creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast and very light pepper and hops. Taste of light citrus notes, yeast, grass, hay and dough with light spicy notes. Medium bodied and well carbonated. Not sure I could identify much Brett in this. Decent.

Bottle shared at CBC Clerkenwell - London. Big thanks to Matteo for the saison! Pours hazy yellow with a creamy white topping. The aroma has notes of dried dough, light hay, faint papaya. Light sweet flavor with dried pale malts, some wheat, lemon rind, mango. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Dry finish with pithy lemon and dry straw. Good one.

Bottle at Gunnar tasting at Craft Clerkenwell. Cloudy light amber, lots of white bubbles, bubbly white head. Nose is sour, green apple, creamy, white wine vinous, funky yeast, bread yeast. Taste is sour funky, some green bitter. Has a real tang to it which I'm not sure I like. White wine with Saison bitter/sour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12.7 oz corked and caged bottle. Aroma is doughy, peppery, sauvignon blanc, funk, dust, lemon, raisins. Pours hazy golden with a small collapsing white head. Taste is bittersweet, savory, dusty, yeasty, lightly tart; crisp and refreshing. Highly carbonated, medium body, slightly foamy mouthfeel; finish is hoppy and a little bitter. Nice Saison.

Bottle I accidentally bought in Tempe. I had to pry the cork out of the bottle for some reason. It was carbonated though. Cloudy yellow pour with a white foamy head. Big aroma of sour funk and green grapes plus a hint of spice. Earthy and sour flavor with some sweetness and pepper in the finish. Nice but maybe not worth the elevated cost.

12/26/13. Bottle sent up by Homer321 for the QC tasting. Cloudy yellow orange pour with a nice khaki head that sticks and laces well. Nice funky aroma, barnyard, straw, hints of fruity sweetness and a spicy aspect. Nice flavor, dry, refreshing, good fruitiness, brett coming through nicely, more fruitiness. Digging it. Tasty!
