3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
375 c&c from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours light dishwater gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is citric/earthy. Med minus body. Flavor is stone fruit, earthy, somewhat Belgian yeast/spice. Fruity esters turn’d out quite nice. Finishes tastily fruity/earthy. Lightly sweet. Not sure it’s to style, but it’s very delicious.

This beer pours a slightly cloudy straw color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of hay, fruit and yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of peppercorn, yeast and citrus. The finish is dry with a peppery yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Shared by James with Sean and me during the Eagles - Cowboys game. Pours turbid, pale whitish yellow with a tuft of creamy head. Aroma of golden raisin, honey, and Belgian spice. Clean and light with some hay and dry, almost chalky spice. Not much sweetness, which I kind of like. Solid saison.
