a huge thanks to Eyedrinkale for sharing this at the Jimmack Invitational 07. Very dark brown in color with a small head. Aroma: pretty funky with sour cherries, dark malts- caramel and light notes of chocolate, horseblanket. Taste is very well balanced between moderately sweet chocolate and caramel, tart/sour cherry, and some sweet dark fruit. Funk and tart brett are moderate in the taste. Finishes lightly sweet with caramel and tart fruit across the palate. Medium to full body. Thought this was extremely enjoyable, thanks again Mike!
