Transferring my old review.
I brought this to the Inaugural "Imminent Liquidation Bottle Share" Event. Bottle poured into a taster glass.

A - Pours hazy straw yellow with a strong one and a half finger tall white head, dissipating down to a light film, leaving spotty lacing down the glass.

S - Some earthy funk, dulled citric acidity, dark tea spice, oak, and some light astringency. The strong dry funk is a bit overpowering but still not as bad as some of the other reviews.

T - Very similar to the nose. Plenty of dry funk, light citrus acidity, oak, and herbal tea. Finish is quite dry with some lingering funk. Not too much pucker in this wild, more of a light funk. Compared to some of the other wilds at the event it was a letdown but on its own it was not too bad.

M - Medium body and flavor with moderately high carbonation. When we opened the bottle it gushed some out and foam filled the space where the liquid used to be. Dry, crisp, feel with plenty of it lingering thru the finish.

O - Pretty good. This was much better than some of the reviews made it seem. It was not as good as the other wilds we were drinking but it was still pretty good. Glad I got to try it.

Poured into a LA tekku. Straw yellow color with a perfect circle of cloud like head which was gone after the first sip. This was very unique. Both nose and taste was herbal, almost clove like. Flavor of a cup of tea mixed with half a lemon. Acetic, slightly metalic, with a hint of grass

Consumed with all ten Veritas beers on April 14, 2012. Shared by Thorpe429, who had this shipped to my house last minute to ensure it would be there to complete the vertical. You rock, Mike. The beer is straw yellow with a light haze. Atop the beer is a small head that fades within a few minutes. The aroma offers herbal notes, tea, lemonade. Certainly an atypical scent from a beer of this ilk. That said, I enjoyed this beer, though I found most of the other beers in this series to be much more complex, intriguing, and flavorful. Tea and lemonade flavors prevail, with only subtle hints of tartness / sourness. Im glad to have tried this, but I doubt I would have it again. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 04-22-2012

NOTF 2010 (Served as TEA). Deep amber pour with a thick head. The nose is really bright with lots of lemon peel, ginger and some tea flavour. An unusually bright tasting beer as well with lots of lemon and black pepper flavour and even a bit of heat. Earthy character and a bit of tea like tannins. Really damn nice brew.

Bottle sampled at Muckfest III. Hazy gold color with a medium off-white head. Peppery yeast nose with sourness and slight fruit. Malty flavor with lemony sourness and peppery yeast before a nice, full sour finish.
