Bottle shared by Bankhead. Thanks! Pours a hazy straw-lemon color with a thin offwhite head. Fair head retention. Aroma of peaches, citrus and mild funk. The taste is big sour peaches, citrus and a mild funky finish. Intense taste. Light bodied and very refreshing.

Bottle generously shared by hopscotch. Cloudy pale yellow pour. Lemon zest, citrus, and barnyard aromas. Eerily similar to DDG in the nose. Wonderful sour peach, lemon, tart citrus, and funk notes. Tight refreshing and delicious..

Pours hazy yellow. Nose is kinda ketchupy, peach and apricot appear. But the nose is a bit wierd for sure. Flavor is great. Strongly sour up front with a long peach heavy finish. Lemon zest also figures into the finish and the body is pretty full for a sour. Solid but not the best Veritas.

(Bottle shared at Black Friday by Sparky!!). Pours a cloudy yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma is sour peach and apricot. Taste is sour, tart with lots of rip pit fruits. This is one outstanding beer. Thanks for sharing Eric!

FOBAB 2011. Pours a cloudy, golden colored body with a thin, frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Lots of oak and peach on the nose with a moderate sourness. Somewhat funky with slightly acidic, tart fruits as well. Flavor is much better. Lots of juicy sourness up front with some tart citrus, funky brett, and smooth, somewhat sweet peaches. Just a very light pale malt base as this finishes woody and oaky while staying very clean and dry with a light lingering sourness and a nice peach sweetness. Lengthy, somewhat acidic, tart fruit aftertaste with lots of oak following a medium-light body and a moderately lively carbonation. Overall, the flavor really brought it on this. The aroma was nothing special, but the flavor had a nice sourness without being puckering and a very pleasant fruit and peach. The oak dries this very nicely as this finishes nicely tart. A bit overhyped in my opinion, but solid.

Bottle generously shared by Sparky @ BF tasting. Vibrant 14 karat pour produced a small but lively ivory head that quickly diminished to a ring. Aroma of tart unripened peach, lemon zest, grapefruit pith, and funk. Flavor shows the peach although more subtly. Quite acidic, vinegar qualities present, bit o’ barnyard, bitter, tangy, sour but palatable. Really well done...definitely one of the best in the series!

Bottle (and some tasting notes from the release). Pours a deep golden color with a light, white head. Aroma is of slight peach but some great funk and otherwise "sour’ notes. Taste is of slightly unripe peach but just adds to the sour pucker. More funk in the taste and some sweetness I wasn’t expecting. Overall, one of my favorite Lost Abbey sours to date.

Bottle at Black Friday tasting. This was veritably delicious. Socky and earthy. Light lemon rind character. Quite earthy funky. A bit leathery.
