Easily the best beer of Night of the Funk 2012. Hazy golden color, small white head. Aroma of dirty peaches, dust clouds, attic corners, lemons. Taste is softly sour summer fruit. Great character and complexity. Love it.

Cloudy golden orange with white head. Peaches come through nicely and are somewhat and sour. A little lactic and lightly funky, some wood. Peach, lemon, and some light grass. Nicely fruity, a bit of wood and sweet fruit.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very complex, with loads of tart peaches, barnyard funk, and low acidity. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of tart peaches, loads of funk, and low acidity and vinegar. Finishes oaky, tart and woody. An excellent blend.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, smooth chalky Brett and epsom salts, ground cherries, dryish. In mouth, a classic lambic with nice horseblanket, sour cherries, epsom salts, light buttery notes, very nice. On tap at FoBAB 2011.

Bottle at Lost Abbey Tap Room, many thanks to the very generous Tomme. It pours light orange, with a thin white head. The nose is farmyard, tart lemon, tart peach, nectarine and funk - gorgeous! The taste is tart peach, apricot, pineapple, Seville orange, lemony tartness and lactic acid, with a tart finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Straight up delicious, with drinkability through the roof. Yum!

Bottle shared by Bankhead. Thanks! Pours a hazy straw-lemon color with a thin offwhite head. Fair head retention. Aroma of peaches, citrus and mild funk. The taste is big sour peaches, citrus and a mild funky finish. Intense taste. Light bodied and very refreshing.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2011 Hazy orangish pour. Lots of peach/apricot aromas. Vinegar, white wine. Flavor is sour, unripe peaches and an odd bitter finish.
Had this just a few weeks later ad it already seemed better. This is gonna be awesome in 6mos-yr.
