Easily the best beer of Night of the Funk 2012. Hazy golden color, small white head. Aroma of dirty peaches, dust clouds, attic corners, lemons. Taste is softly sour summer fruit. Great character and complexity. Love it.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, smooth chalky Brett and epsom salts, ground cherries, dryish. In mouth, a classic lambic with nice horseblanket, sour cherries, epsom salts, light buttery notes, very nice. On tap at FoBAB 2011.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2011 Hazy orangish pour. Lots of peach/apricot aromas. Vinegar, white wine. Flavor is sour, unripe peaches and an odd bitter finish. Had this just a few weeks later ad it already seemed better. This is gonna be awesome in 6mos-yr.

Bottle… This beer rocks!… Pours hazy and yellow with a mid-sized, fizzy, white head. Good retention. The nose is heavily acidic, offering funky and fruity notes of aged cheese, peaches, lemon zest and vanilla. Medium to full-bodied with dancing carbonation. The fruity flavor is quite tart – bordering on sour – with a light peachy sweetness that does cut into the acidity a touch. Tarty, fruity finish with a rumor of salt. This world class bottle of beer was provided by giarcsr!

750mL at RBSG. Pours murky peach. No head. Fully opaque. Nose is sweet white peach, muted. Gummy bears and pineapple. Taste is pineapple gummy bears, spicy acetic, white peach. Palate is hot and spicy. Relatively muddled and sweet. Not very peach forward or peach skin heavy like yellow bus. Not as clean. Hot and spicy finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared by Bankhead. Thanks! Pours a hazy straw-lemon color with a thin offwhite head. Fair head retention. Aroma of peaches, citrus and mild funk. The taste is big sour peaches, citrus and a mild funky finish. Intense taste. Light bodied and very refreshing.
