Bottle… This beer rocks!… Pours hazy and yellow with a mid-sized, fizzy, white head. Good retention. The nose is heavily acidic, offering funky and fruity notes of aged cheese, peaches, lemon zest and vanilla. Medium to full-bodied with dancing carbonation. The fruity flavor is quite tart – bordering on sour – with a light peachy sweetness that does cut into the acidity a touch. Tarty, fruity finish with a rumor of salt. This world class bottle of beer was provided by giarcsr!

Easily the best beer of Night of the Funk 2012. Hazy golden color, small white head. Aroma of dirty peaches, dust clouds, attic corners, lemons. Taste is softly sour summer fruit. Great character and complexity. Love it.

Bottle. Pours with a murky yellow hued body with a small white head (seems like it might need a little extra conditioning time). Nice funky and vinous aroma. Good brett and lactic acid notes, wine like and lots of juicy peach notes. Light oak and tannin, a hint of sulfur and some almond notes. Flavors are rich and juicy with a strong, albeit somewhat sweet peach flavor. Nice brett, oak, vinous. Good acidity, with minimal acetic. Somewhat low carbonation (but it is carbonated). Sour, dry.
