Tallahassee, Fl - Fermentation Lounge - on tap. Dark orange, slightly murky with a pillow-like snow white head with nice lacing. Pleasant sweet, fruity aroma with nice wisps of apricot. Flavor has some sweet apricot notes, a slight minty bent and some yeastiness in the back end. Crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. Nice session starter.

FROTHINGSLOSH (3388) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 23, 2011
Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a vibrant yellow color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was very faint tangy apricot. The flavor was bready, yeasty and a bit nutty with fairly strong notes of apricot and sugar. The finish was medium length tangy apricot, sugar and bread. Light to medium body. Solid.

Barreras (411) - Diamond Bar, California, USA - NOV 4, 2010
Pours a cloudy orange color with a slight neon color. A healthy aroma of oranges. Taste is clean for a wheat beer, but refreshing nonetheless. A good beer that was an easy drinker just not very complex.

Sample at the brewpub on 8/5/10. Pours clear gold with a thick off-white head. Not so subtle apricot aroma with wheat malt, some sweetness, and a bit of banana. Flavor is apricot juice, wheat malt and slight hop.

Tap at New World Brewery, Tampa. Cloudy yellow. Aroma was apricot. Taste was highly carbonated apricot soda. Uninteresting, lacks character.

Pyobon (570) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - MAR 21, 2010
Draught. Very cloudy orange with tiny white head. Perfumey apricot aroma with a hint of tea. Light body, well carbonated. Initial artificial perfumey apricot flavour falls completely flat with weak finish. Overall, disappointing.

drowland (3902) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - JAN 28, 2010
On tap (2010) in a pint glass. Overall, not a bad beer. It is a bit on the sweet side, but the apricot is pretty subtle and fits in well with the wheat characteristics as opposed to others who bowl you over with apricots.

alexanderj (2850) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - JAN 9, 2010
On tap; poured a amber color with a white head. Aroma of apricot, perfume, sweet malt and sugar. Flavor was dominated by apricots, with a goof dose of sweetness. Short finish. Solid beer.
