COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

As Aubrey says, neary the pinnacle of refreshment. Seems to be a cross between and American Wheat and Belgian Wit, but I’m really just learnng these. I liked the combination of spiciness, pepperiness, and Belgian coriander tastes alot.

Bottle in nh. Pale, cloudy straw colored pour with an excessive head. Light corn, some odd spiciness and a yeasty aroma. First taste is shockingly watery even for a beet of this color. Almost a complete disaster, but some flavor comes through on the back end - an odd herb mix, maybe some coriander, flour, corn. Weakness.

4 ounce sample out of a bottle. The aroma has some corn and DMS present (what the fuck?). Lightly citrus nose (lemon) and some light biscuit maltiness too. Nothing else happening with the aroma. Scantly hazy straw-golden body with a smallish white head present. Starts a bit sweet with some corny DMS, dough, and then some cereal. Light metallic finish. Thoroughly uninteresting.

Bottle; Pour is slightly murky light golden with a modest white head in this glass. The nose is light spice, lemon zest, but lacking belgian notes , really. The flavor profile is simple, wheat, lemon zest, light grain, modest sweetness, lacking any real belgian notes once again, minus the spicing; its a decent drinker, quite boring

Pours a light yellow. A little sediment on the bottom. Some citrus and sweetness on the nose and tongue. There really isn’t much to this thin and watery beer.

12 ounce bottle that poured a slightly hazy yellow color, aromas of wheat, citrus, grass, and some sweetness. Flavors are light wheat and some tropical fruit. Not the best one of the style and flavor, but decent none the less.

Crystal clear. Medium white creamy head. Clean malty flavours. A little citrus, but just a little. Very light bodied. Dry papery floral finish with a light drying bitterness.

Draft at Momo’s Tennessee St. Pale gold pour with a coarse white head. Light aroma of pale malts, citrus, and yeast. Bland flavor of lemons, some spice. This is super boring and pours right down your throat.
