An American version of the Belgian style. This unfiltered beer has a striking translucent, golden color with white clouds. Seemingly a contradiction in terms, it has a full body mouth-feel but is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with a hint of citrus, provided by Coriander and a secret blend of Humbolt herbs, this beer is slightly sweet and a delight to drink in any season.

Pours clear bright gold and a white soapy head that fades to a film. Aroma is lemon grass and bread, grainy. Taste is crisp watery and grainy with a lemon and light malt. Palate is thin and fizzy with a dry finish. Easy drinking. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Non Beer Trip Beer Trip Beer #23. 12 ounce bottle, 3/8/16. One of those beers that has somehow escaped me all these years. Hazy orange with a large foamy tan head. Good retention. Aroma of yeast, spice, wheat. Mild citrus. Almost skunky. The taste is wheat, orange, yeast, lime. Medium bodied, fruity.

Clear gold. American version of a belgian wit, thats not a compliment. Citrusy and malty but not that long lasting. I used to really like this one but its a pretty whack example of a wit.

4.8%ABV. Witbier. Tapped out gold. 4ºSRM. Nose has some raw wheat flour aromas and a comfortingly phenolic tang with the slightly dusty dry wood odor. Mouthfeel is watery. Palate has white bread, water biscuit, wheat malt and white steamed rice. Very good malt palate for wit. Finish is non-existent.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance –is a pale murky yellow color with a small white head. The aroma is citrus with some wheat or grass tossed in. The taste is a surprisingly strong citrus rush with a nice wheat follow through. A real good witbier from Lost Coast.
