Pours medium orange with an off white head. Aroma is grapefruit and pine, a little caramel. Flavor is similar. Bit of a nice dry kick, not overwhelmingly hoppy. not bad, but pretty middle of the road.

12oz bottle. Pours a clear, orange-bronze colored body with a finger-width, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma isn’t the most "in your face," but its nice. Flowery sweetness with a nice Centennial aroma consisting mostly of oranges and maybe a few apricots and berries. Crystal malts and medium sweet caramels give it a real fat maltiness. Flavor is not as sweet as the aroma led me to believe with more of a hop-kick, which is nice. Some crystals and caramels initially before a good amount of resiny, piney hops come in. Still pretty flowery with a mixture of oranges, apricots, and some berries like the aroma. Finishes dry with a moderate bitterness and an aftertaste that lingers for a lengthy duration. Medium body and very smooth with a creamy carbonation. Overall, a nice IPA. A bit different in the aroma and flavor, but they each offer something pleasant. Enjoyable.

Bland, middle of the road IPA. I’ll try this one again, but this bottle is lacking punchy hops and, really, anything that would make it stand out. The hops are piney/floral but need to be cranked a few notches. On the plus side, the beer is pretty dry and there’s a good yeast note. There’s not much malt flavor to speak of, just some bready caramel propping up the hops. It’s an ok beer but nothing special, in my opinion. Mouthfeel and appearance are just fine. Maybe, I’m getting old bottles, but Lost Coast has failed to impress me so far.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy golden amber. Aroma of hops. Flavour is hops, citrus and floral notes. Excellent IPA.

Pours a medium honey colour. Aroma of floral hops and grass. Taste is bitter. Flavor of strong floral hops with a slight citrus. Not bad. I enjoy the bitterness, but would like a bit more flavor behind it.

Light Reddish amber pour with a nice fluffy offwhite head. Aroma is sweet bready malts with some crisp grapefruit hop character that melds perfectly with the malt into a sweet, titulating aroma. Flavor nutty, sweet caramel malt with a touch of toasted almond. Hoppiness is bitter with some citrus, grapefruit. A touch of booziness in the mouth and the finish. World class, very well balanced, Both the malting and the hopping are paid equal attention to, rather than just making hop juice (Which is sometimes welcomed as well). Yum

Poured a hazy amber. Wow! Great balance between malt and hops. It has a solid malt (semi-sweet) flavor and a nice hop bitterness. All kinds of citrus going on. One of my favorite IPAs.

Pours murky brown/orange with a thick pillowy beige head. Aroma of dark fruit, pine, molasses, rich dank hops. Taste is bitter up front with some sweet citrus and a long bitter finish. A good bitter IPA instead of a grapefruit or pineapple bomb. Juicy thick malt but hops dominate the beer.
