Not much aroma, good taste. Not too much fruit taste. Nice rich brown color and taste. Not a bad beer.

Bottle from Archive Beer Boutique April 2014. Brown with red flecks throughout. Big hit of sweet raspberries in the aroma carries into the flavour but not as strong.

smelled like sweet tarts, tasted like it too. pretty fake and artificial, like dextrose and citric acid. drain pour.

Nose has plenty of ripe raspberry, but only carries into the taste in great subtlety, and without a hint of additional sweetness. The ideal construction of a fruit beer that is embedded within another style, in my opinion (brown ale, in this case). The flavor of the brew is all easy-drinking nutty malt, just like Downtown Brown, but with a hint of raspberry. Very well done. Not a complicated or exciting profile, but tasty and easy to quaff.

This pours a medium, flat brown with an off-white head, and an unsubstantial lace. A faint aroma of artificial cherries and bad easter chocolate wafts from the glass. The first swallow allows those sweet, tootsie roll pop flavors to drift over my tongue but then burns it with bitter and offers no compensation for it. The body is flat but buzzy, only adding to the wrongness of this beer. I am very disappointed in yet another "fruit" brew.

Medium brown with a small tan head and minimal lace. Pretty strong cherry/raspberry aromas with some light milk chocolate and roasted malt. Slight tartness, less than the smell would suggest, up front followed quickly by cola and malt. The fruitiness seemed a bit manufactured - my compliments to the chemist.

From a bottle. Pours a dark reddish brown, probably a little too much raspberry for my liking, you don’t get much else in the flavour.

Des chocolats à la framboise en arôme, très frais et volatile. En bouche c’est croustillant et hautement engouffrable. Florida friendly.

Clear brown beer. Light raspberry nose. Slightly watery palate. Low carbonation. Very odd beer! Like a bottle of cold tea with raspberry flavour added. The raspberry is light and the tea flavour is strong. Minerally watery finish

Not a very good beer, lots of fake cherry, on sale at bevmo so low expectations

The bright flavors of chemically enhanced cherry (not raspberry) are so prevalent, that you can actually feel the warming sensation of the brain tumor growing with every sip.
