guyinchicago (516), marengo, Illinois, USA Oct 31, 2009 Pours golden and a little hazy with a small fast disappateing head of off white aromas cereal, citrus, bread, and hops flavors f the same with tangerines at the forefront with a wheat back bone give this one to your wife marcus (1821), Sacramento, California, USA Oct 27, 2009 This cloudy yellowish orange beer poured with a thin white head that bubbled away. There is a strong aroma of, guess what, tangerine. The flavor is wheat heavily laced with tangerine juice. It’s either bad beer or bad tangerine juice depending on your point of view. MrRoss (614), Delta, British Columbia, Canada Oct 26, 2009 Poured a murky medium copper beneath a smallish tan head. Aroma was instantly a very tangy orange scent, much more so than expected. Beer or orange juice in my glass? Mouthfeel was nothing to dislike, maybe a bit "slippery". The flavour...overpoweringly orange and not all that nice. Strictly a novelty beer. Strykzone (1458), Wood River, Illinois, USA Oct 21, 2009 Thanks Hayduke! Murky unfiltered dirty gold appearance. No head to speak of. The aroma is orange juice. Flavor is also full of fruit. Oranges, and grapes. A mildly bitter finish. This is pretty much a wine cooler kind of beer, albeit one with some wheat notes. piscator34 (1121), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Oct 15, 2009 Bottled sample. Clear orange in colour with moderate carbonation. Aromas of orange creamsicle, and a bit white bread dough. More fake citrus flavoring in the mouth, with a faint mineral finish. Very watery in the mouth. Bizzare, and not very good at all. travita (1851), Frisco, Texas, USA Oct 8, 2009 On tap at the brewpub. The look is cloudy, dark golden, with an off white head. The smell is sweet, wheat, artifical, and citrus. The taste is wheat, sweet, orange, and tangerines. triodes (7), California, USA does not count Oct 2, 2009 Quality product. Nice Tangerine. Not overdone, just right. Great aroma, good depth. A good alternative to Rogue Honey Orange, and cheaper. drowland (1337), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Sep 21, 2009 12oz bottle into a pint glass. Holy tangerine, Batman, they aren’t kidding. The aroma on this is nothing but tangerine and some peel. The flavor on this is so citrus and tangerine that when mixed with carbonation it tastes almost exactly like diet orange soda. There is also just a hint of malt and hops, but it’s basically soda. Extremely high carbonation to boot.
